Polite friendly service

Friendly, fast and professional service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed at each stage of the repair and even contacted me the following week to check I was happy. Very satisfied with my fixed device and would highly recommend.

Focused on a good customer experience
Wrong screen sent and wrong colour, no response when tried to contact. Very disappointed will not be using again. Bought correct screen from different company
David from screen doctor got in touch and explained the difficulties with trying to in touch. Issue has been resolved after the misunderstanding. Very pleased with the customer care provided

We use screen-doctor for all our B2B refurbs in our shop and for our clients. We only supply refurbed screens on the X models and up and will always prefer a refurbished iPad/iPhone screen over a 3rd party. Very few issues and if so, always resolved quickly and without fuss.
