Brilliant
Brilliant, service and quality, don’t be fooled by the junk on Amazon.
I’d bought a couple of screens on Amazon to repair my daughter’s phone, £20, came with tools, great, I thought. However, as I found later, those screens are largely junk. Poor quality, low resolution, poor colour and failing within weeks (I was bribed with a quick refund if I didn’t return via Amazon).
Screen Doctor use proper Apple screens, have incredibly responsive customer service and it’s looking great 3 weeks in. Pay the extra 10-15 quid, save the hassle of learning the hard way.

I can't recommend screen Doctor enough! I had two phones to fix and asked way to many questions which were quickly and patiently answered and everything done exactly as described in the emails. Great service

Amazing service from David at Screen Doctor. Like other reviews have mentioned, he is a straight-up, honest person, with the customer's best interest in mind. He knows what he's talking about, taking the time to research the phone and repair required, to be able to advise whether it is economically viable or not. Unlike another phone repair shop in Keighley (Phone Care Keighley), Screen Doctor did what he said he was going to do and in a timely manner (the other shop kept me waiting and waiting, to no avail). I would fully recommend using Screen Doctor, I no longer have to worry my phone will lose charge altogether and turn off, mid-conversation. Screen Doctor have given me more years to enjoy by beloved BlackBerry - Thank you David!!

Sorry you feel this way, we did everything we could from our end to assist you. We do require items to be returned to us before we can give refunds, we were able to provide a free return label but you explained to us you threw the part in the bin and felt you didn’t have to return the item. Returning items for refunds is standard practice with online retailing, especially considering how valuable your order was.
