Quick and no hassle experience

Quick and no hassle experience, I get a tank of heating oil now and again, just time it right for prices due to market volatility. Never any hassle, payment options too. Been using for almost 10 years now. And have never let me down. I have also had emergency delivery and they do their utmost best to deliver ASAP. Brilliant customer service.

Competitive Pricing

You were able to match other companies with price. Especially now when every day necessities are so expensive.
The young woman who took my order was helpful and placed order immediately.
Notification of delivery is fabulous..... we are able to put pets in a safe,secure place.

Driver did'nt leave a Print out receipt…

Driver did'nt leave a Print out receipt of delivery even with my wife asking for one and just came across as being rather Rude so i then had to phone up to ask for it i've never had that problem with any other fuel delivery company and even if i was'nt in they would alway's post it through the letterbox.Other than that it was Okay

Oil order and delivery

Telephone service excellent and friendly, with communication by text regarding order and delivery equally excellent, with a friendly driver also. So all good.

I phoned one day

I phoned one day, obtained the price on the phone and the order was delivered the very next day. Then, the invoice gave me several weeks to pay, which is appreciated, given the sky-high price of heating oil (due to the US Iraq war)

Good service

friendly and polite staff when ordering and also on delivery of fuel.
I was told when to expect the fuel and then updated just before delivery.
