Scott+Sargeant Woodworking Machinery Ltd Recensioni

Nice website. And very helpful support when asking for a couple more items added to my delivery.

Owen was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the TS232 table saw I was there to look at. The machine is very impressive and well built for the price.
First rate customer service.

I enquired as to the correct method to adjust my outfeed table height on my Itech PT310 Thicknesser Planer and received a perfect explanation, along with actual video footage of where to adjust and the measurements it should be.
This was provided by Steve from the technical department and exhibited outstanding customer care

I made an offer on eBay for a table saw and they couldn’t even be bothered to send a counter offer or even reject the offer, it expired itself. If they are like this with a potential buyer I would hate to see what there after sales would have been like!! Will likely now buy from Axminster which actually are better priced saws

zero information about my inquiry, dont recomnend

We’ve had a great experience purchasing machinery from this company over the years.

The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free, thanks to Adam Coulthard in the office, who made ordering simple and kept everything clear and well organised.

Lukasz then came out to install and commission the machine, and his work was excellent — professional, efficient, and very thorough in making sure everything was running perfectly.

From start to finish, the service was easy, well managed, and highly professional. Would happily recommend.

Ordered an iTech Planer but needed to have a very specific delivery time slot and delivery truck requirement due to location of workshop. Mark at S&G made all the arrangements and the delivery arrived spot on time from our local PalletLine depot. The iTech PT310B planer is superb and excellent value.

competitive price for a quality product. fast delivery and kept up to date.

Scott + Sargent were very professional especially Adam Smyth and understanding of my business needs. Once we purchased the machine we had an engineer called George it was an amazing experience with him teaching us how to use the program. He was very knowledgeable and easy to explain any we questions asked.I will definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Superb service and quick order processing. They carry all the hard-to-find hardware such as CMT accessories and ER20 hardware for routers (like what Jessem POW R Tek motors use). I like how they sent me an update when the order was shipped. Definitely will be shopping with Scott+Sargeant more!! Especially for all my CMT-related hardware.

The customer service was excellent.

I will use them again

Great customer service, couldn't do enough for us to ensure the order was correct. This was an urgent order and they made special arrangements to ensure the blades arrived on time, in fact they arrived 2 days early!
Very much appreciated!

I wanted a new panel saw and Louis reached out on instagram to me .. Talked me through my options, got me hooked up and offered plenty of follow up .. great machine and fantastic experience all round.. I have been back since and will continue to use this great company

I made an enquiry with Scosarg on a piece of equipment on the 24th April 2025 and I received a most appropriate response from them the same evening. This is what I call quality service and attention to detail. Well done. I am impressed.

Brilliant company to deal with. Have had correspondence to do with customs and technical info, really swift and competent response by email and phone. First company that have got back to me at 7am via email.
Second machine on route and the table saw a purchased was above my expectations.

Comprehensive stock, quick dispatch
