This title was sent out on the 4th working day after you placed it, which is within the 2–5 working day timeframe quoted on the product page and at checkout.

Delivered without checking whether I was in. I wasn’t. Then I had to pay to have it redelivered!

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve checked the tracking for this order and can confirm it was delivered successfully on the first attempt, without any redelivery charges being applied. The messages described don’t match the Royal Mail record for your parcel, so it’s possible they may have come from an unrelated phishing scam that unfortunately circulates from time to time.
We take these situations very seriously and have already shared guidance on how to identify and report such scams. Please rest assured that your order with us was processed and delivered exactly as advertised, and we remain on hand to support if any further clarification is needed.
