This company is outstanding. I was badly let down by one of the larger scooter supplies stores and Jack went out of his way to help me obtain the same sought after deck (even arranging it to be shipped over from France). Then, he drove it to my home and delivered it in person on a Friday afternoon so I could have it in time. I’ve been blown away by their wonderful customer service and I won’t be buying anything scooter related from anywhere else now! Highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service, came across this website when looking for help, used the chat service at 9pm not expecting a response, low and behold, half an hour later all my questions that I have spent over a week from other sites via emails were answered. All things scooter related are new to me, but now, I feel so much more clued up. Even though I did not purchase from here, time was spent to equip me with the knowledge I needed and rectify my purchasing mistakes that were not made apparent by other sites.
Shame I did not come across this site sooner before purchasing a present for my son, will definitely be using in the future.

I’ve purchased 2 stunt scooters for my boys ages 11 and 13, I have no idea about these things so I reached out via email to see if someone could offer some support. Turns out Jack is an absolute legend and offered to do the builds for me, I had already ordered the decks and they had been delivered so I had to send them back to the shop, Jack told me the best company to use and roughly how much it would cost and it worked out perfect. Jack kept me updated with the builds at every stage from start to finish and even went the extra mile to test them and advise a couple parts could do with changing to make the scooters even better!! I’ve never used a company this efficient and helpful thank you very much for all you help Jack, A Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you and your team.

I ordered the wrong size wheel, emailed them and they sorted it all out for me and honoured the original price. They were really quick at responding which was amazing as I need them for a 10th birthday present. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Recently I ve ordered wheels and handle grip for my son Christmas present scooter. However customer service told me, they did not have a wheels in stock, I changed the wheels and because of that changed grip as well. The service was very good with accommodating all my request. I would 100% recommend the company.

Amazing customer service. Had a few questions about some products and spoke to Jack on the phone, was amazing and answered all he could for me and followed up with emails to answer some of my more detailed questions around compatibility with my current setup. He then kept in good contact with me during the shipping process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for parts or completes and if you’re unsure about anything give them a call!

Was looking for a custom build for my son and i had no knowledge of scooters and dealt with Jack Knowles. He was by far an above the most helpful person I dealt with of any scooter shops, head and shoulders would highly recommend.

Communication was top tier, easy to order and updated regularly regarding status of order, mine was a back order for the scooter I wanted, and bought.

Scooter works it’s the first website I go to with a hart beat with my money there quick and easy the delivery time is fast as well as dispatching your parts the same day.the company is really nice as well as they email u if your delivery is not in stock if it’s going to be a little late but it’s normally not a problem at all.they have everything I need and would love to be with the company as a rider and show more support to the company as well.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Scooter Works. My son asked for a new Ethic Pandemonium deck for Christmas to upgrade his old Mongoose scooter. Jack from Scooter Works spent a lot of time helping me check compatibility, advised on components, and walked me through putting it all together. Honestly, I've never had better customer service, it was extremely professional and personal.
All components arrived quickly and I couldn't find better prices elsewhere.
Overall, a faultless experience and I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Amazing service from Scooter Works. Jack contacted me personally to reassure me that my pre-order would arrive in time for Christmas and he kept me updated until I received it. He was also very helpful in recommending a fork for the scooter deck and any additional parts that I'd need. All sent out that day. Highly recommend this company
