Very quick delivery, Item in good order.
Calculator manual available for download from product description page via a link..
(It will be needed to manage menus and settings for this very power calculator).
So far very pleased, but there will be a learning curve to fully master the calculator to maximum potential.

Superb Service

I have bought several calculators over the last few years from Science Studio - good prices and excellent service. I recently bought an HP15c, which I had always wanted but never been able to justify as a young engineer. There is a major problem on the recently released version with the firmware as shipped from HP (the key bounce makes it virtually unusable). Although the updated firmware is available from HP, the only source of the cable to upload it is in Spain who will not ship to the UK. I contacted Science Studio to see if they could help and they have been superb - I have just had shipping notification for the cable needed from HP in Czechia - amazingly at no charge to me. I cannot say how impressed I am with their customer service - in future they will be my first port of call for any future needs. A very happy customer!
