Items not shipped when claimed
Science Studio, like an increasing number of retailers, send emails saying goods are dispatched when all the have done is created a label. There is still no sign Royal Mail actually have the parcel, days later, they are still "expecting" it

Customers are given tracking details once their order is processed and shipped. Royal Mail sometimes miss scans when an item is progressing through their network. We have requested more information from this anonymous review to enable us to investigate further.

School calculator for A Levels preparation
I purchased a calculator advertised on their website and the process was simple. They have a short description of the several calculators which give you some guidance and help comparing between diferente models. Was dispatched and delivery within the time stated.
