Ich kaufte 2x in Folge dort, und 1x vor vielen Jahren. Eine telefonische Kundenservice Beratung für die Artikel gibt es dort nicht. Als ich das erste Mal kaufte vor ca 3 Jahren, war es hervorragend. Die letzten beiden Bestellungen dieses Jahr, waren mehr als ungenügend. Ich schrieb mal außer der Öffnungszeiten eine E-Mail und dann antwortete der Fratelli-Orsini-Support auf mein Anliegen (nur KI). Schwartz&von Hahlen bietet einen „Live-Chat“ an, aber reagiert hat da keiner. Und direkt im Anschluss bekommen Sie noch die Frage „Wie würden Sie die Hilfe bewerten die unser Team geleistet hat“ . Das erste Produkt war gemäß Angabe der Grössentabelle vom Handumfang passend, ABER die Finger des Artikels waren zu lang. Nun wurde es zurückgeschickt. Dann wurde nochmal bestellt. Gleiche Größe aber ein anderes Modell. Leider war es noch größer obwohl es die selbe Größe war. Für den Retoure müssen Sie ggf. eine E-Mail schreiben, weil die Homepage anscheinend einen Bug hatte, als ich es probierte. Aber kostenloser Retoure ? Klingt so toll….aber Sie müssen für die Versicherung des Paketes noch Geld zahlen, wenn Sie es wünschen. Bis ich das erste Mal das Gefühl hatte, jemand vom Kundenservice schreibt vergingen 3 Tage. Diese E-Mail kam jetzt auch wirklich von Schwartz&von Hahlen. Auch hier wollte man direkt wieder eine Bewertung. Und nun war es halt die letzte Bestellung und es geht zurück. Ich muss jetzt woanders mein Geschenk kaufen.

I bought 2x in a row there, and 1x many years ago. There is no telephone customer service advice for the articles there. When I first bought it about 3 years ago, it was excellent. The last two orders this year were more than inadequate. I wrote an e-mail outside of opening hours and then the Fratelli Orsini support replied to my request (AI only). Schwartz&von Hahlen offers a "live chat", but no one reacted. And immediately afterwards you get the question "How would you rate the help our team has provided". The first product was according to the size chart of the hand circumference fitting, BUT the fingers of the article were too long. Now it has been sent back. Then it was ordered again. Same size but a different model. Unfortunately it was even bigger even though it was the same size. For the return you may have to write an e-mail because the homepage apparently had a bug when I tried it. But free return? Sounds so great....but you still have to pay money for the insurance of the package if you want it. 3 days passed until I first had the feeling that someone from customer service was writing. This email really came from Schwartz&von Hahlen. Here, too, they wanted a review directly. And now it was just the last order and it goes back. I have to buy my gift somewhere else now.

all in all their sold product is good looking and... that's it
from practical point is useless if you live in place where winters are -15 C or more. Absolute piece of decor - nothing more. And overpriced too.

I bought a pair of gloves nine days before Christmas because the site stated the order would ship in 24 hours. Of course, the gloves were never shipped, leaving a family member without a present today.

I have ordered gloves and never hear back from them when I leave a message. It says to leave a message and they will get back to you but this does not happen.

I just wanted to know if they were ever going to be in stock but beret got an answer!

The craftsmanship of offered gloves and mittens is very good along with superior quality leather and fabrics used. Packaging is top tier with very fast and efficient shipping. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Schwartz & von Halen !

I have used many leather gloves which has been described as "compatible with touch screen", but those from Schwartz Vonhalen are top quality, premium leather and really compatible with touchscreens!!!

Ik kreeg de Alessandro handschoenen voor kerst van mijn vriend. Topcadeau! Hele mooi, comfortabele handschoenen. Mooi, zacht geitenleer. Warme binnenkant van lamswol. Dragen fijn. Staan mooi! En houdeb tot nu toe (2 winters verder) megagoed. Superblij met dit kerstcadeau!

December 2024 heb ik prachtige en elegante schaapsleren handschoenen aangeschaft, gevoerd met wol en kasjmier. Erg soepel!

Helaas zijn deze handschoenen niet geschikt op de fiets, ik heb dan koude vingertoppen.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat et des conditions avec lesquelles j'ai pu faire cet achat.
Tout est parfait : la prise de commande, le délai de livraison, la qualité et le prix de mes jolis gants tout en mouton.

The treatment and follow-up are good and the goods are okay, even if they are not as I expected.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me via email and resolved the issue. I was sent the correct pair of gloves I ordered. To make up for the disappointing experience with the customer service team and for the delay in receiving the right pair of gloves, I was offered another pair of gloves for free. I appreciate the effort put into fixing the issue quickly. The products are of good quality and I would recommend them. Amending the rating from 1 star to 4 star

Original review: Terrible experience dealing with the customer service team (Venessa and Jenny). One item in my order arrived wrong. When I reached out via email, I didn’t receive a response till I reached out on the chat and reminded them about the email. Even after this, they didn’t respond to part of my query, which meant I had to send them a reminder again on the chat.

The CS agent took no onus for the wrong glove sent. Instead said that I’m free to return it and had to go to Royal mail to drop it off myself. Not to mention, they didn’t want to give me the contact for the owner inspite of me asking a few times for her contact details.
I was treated like I had asked for a freebie, when in reality, I didn’t receive the glove I paid for. Now I have no choice but to do this as they are unwilling to collect the wrong glove and send me the one I paid for. Terrible experience. I’m surprised some people have had pleasant experience with returns. I was misled by the 5 star reviews.
