Great customer service
Searched online for quite a while and also in stores for this product and this was the cheapest price I could find so I took a chance and ordered it as it said 2- 5 working days which would have been Christmas eve for free delivery .Scentstore upgraded my delivery to 48hr tracked without me requesting therefore I recieved my parcel early .so how delighted was I Thankyou Scentstore, great price and excellent customer service ,will definitely use you again

Great people, very helpful.
Super shop in Truro, sadly not been able to visit for a while so ordered online. Great range and prices, delivery quick. When I phoned for some information staff were very helpful. Would recommend.

I ordered the Estée Lauder youth dew dusting powder from them. The package arrived completely ruined and the product itself may or may not have given me an allergic reaction (I have never experienced urticaria before opening the turquoise box). I called immediately after receiving the package in the mail room but received no answer. Then once I went to try and open the actual product to see if it was salvageable, I experienced an extreme painful rash. I emailed back and forth to no avail then called just now because there clearly had been lots of misunderstandings throughout the emails. To which I was told I will need MANY images of the box and product from many angles and I will need to pay for it to be tested and sent back to me but I may not even receive a refund. Their refund policies are completely nonsensical and useless. I was even told to try and sell this item on eBay but I am now afraid to touch it after what happened already. I will see if Estée Lauder can help because perhaps they have better service but otherwise I am unsure of what to do with this product. If anyone wants it send me a message I guess :(
