Scammers
Absolutely terrible experience! I received my parcel today, and an item was missing! The worst part is they completely ignore you—no responses to emails, calls, or messages! This company is nothing but scammers who have left me £137 out of pocket. I’ve tried to return the remaining items, but they refuse to respond and provide a returns label. They’re clearly trying to avoid dealing with it. I WILL NOT be paying for an item I never received, and if they don’t sort out this return immediately, I will escalate this matter.
Avoid this company at all costs—they are unprofessional and dishonest. I’ll be warning everyone I can on every platform I can find. Stay away!

Ms Begum's claim has been declined as confirmed evidence shows that the item was in the parcel/arrived intact/untampered/correct weight on delivery. Emails and messages have been responded to. We are unable to process claims without sufficient evidence. Regards, Scentstore
