I purchased the Louis Vuitton 3ml Travel-Size set as a Christmas gift and upon receiving it did not look like the picture on the site so I initiated a return on Dec 30. The response was extremely slow and after multiple interactions I was asked to pay for the return shipping which I did immediately on March 3. It is now April 2 and I have yet to receive the label. It takes over a week to get any sort of reply. I’ve been extremely patient but at this point I have no confidence that I’ll actually get reimbursed if I send it back. Save your time/hassle and shop somewhere else!!!

I ordered 1ml of jpg le male le parfum, le male elixir , le beau edp and swy intensely. They said they would deliver it by 12 days, but it's been A MONTH and I've still not receive my order, I also sent an email to them about the late order and they haven't replied to it yet. In my opinion DO NOT buy from here .

I didnt put the street number in the shipping address then i tell him and still after like 2-3 months later still being a spoon fed and not sending it then sends me a email saying it’s refunded and didnt get a cent back for a refund would not recommend

Amount of liquid inconsistent
Quick shipping and quality decants, except I ordered a bunch of 1 ml testers and the amount of liquid in each tester was pretty inconsistent. One had had like 1.2 ml, and another had like 0.7 ml.
