Our first ever 1 star review! This is really disappointing for us, we’re a very small independent family-run business with customer service at the core of what we do so we never like to see unhappy customers; in this case we do feel this rating is unjustified.
I can see you placed your order at 8:09am 27/4, it was fulfilled and in the postal system by 4:00pm the same day via the ‘Standard 2-5 days’ method you selected. I can also see from the tracking that your order actually arrived with you 4th May; the 5th working day since your order and the day you left us this review.
The vast majority of our standard orders do arrive within 2 working days but sometimes they do take the full timeframe set out on the checkout page. I realise it’s disappointing you weren’t able to give the gifts to your Grandson when expected, we strongly advise customers to consider the ‘Express 1-2 days’ upgrade (for a very reasonable £1 charge 😊) or our competitively priced Guaranteed Next Day option for those deliveries where timing is crucial.

So impressed with the items I bought for my girls. Great pattern. Vibrant! Look like a good quality.I bought few tops and a dress they look a little big but my girls are pettit so it maybe true to Size.
I love the little dress with cheetahs 🐆
I definitely going to keep eye on lovely items for my daughters. Recommend definitely !
