Great after-sales service
Had my SAYR home ventilation system for nearly 7 years. SAYR always respond quickly when I need a filter change. Just this week had a query about the system and one of the team popped round to my house to sort it out, even though he could have done it over the phone! I can’t recommend them more highly.

I have phoned twice for filter replacement but still waiting .... SAYR - would not recommend

Very poor service after the…
Very poor service after the installation. I have called them 3 time for filter replacement and all the time i was told that someone will contact me. It has been over a month and no one has contacted yet!! I and my wife have been suffering from sinus issue and told sayr the same but no action has been taken so far!

Disappointed customer
After sales service is very very very poor. I have made multiple calls to their call centre, promised that someone will call to change the filter but NO response so far. How difficult is it for someone to call back and book a time ? Woeful company after they make a sale .
Great product but after sales service needs to improve.
Great system, great price, works well and has made a huge difference in my home, which is dryer and warmer and requires less heating.
Very happy customer for 7 years, until just recently, when there was a problem. I rang to book a filter change and had to call back 3 times over a 2 week period before someone called me to arrange a time. Then when there was a malfunction I had to write emails and ring the call centre 4 times over the course of a week before receiving any acknowledgement. I would like Sayr to focus on after sales customer service, when a customer rings for a filter change or to report a malfunction, I expect a prompt call back to acknowledge and book an appointment, even if there is quite a delay due to a heavy workload. I had to wait a week, and got more and more frustrated. The staff were unfailingly polite, and technicians friendly and efficient. But during a rainy cold week, I was left without a working system, and was forced to experience the condensation and dampness I thought I had left in the past!
Amazing service great company
Have been wanting a system for the longest time but had my reservations, I was recommeded to get hold of Sayr. From the time I made my first call on a friday, the rep was there saturday to quote and explain the system and what it does and doesn't do. Very honset and knowledgeable and helpful, paid the deposit and they where booked in and we had our system install and fulling running on the Wed. Amazing servise with awesome staff, very personable and informative. The installers left our house as they found it and i even got the heat pump serviced at the same time GREAT WORK It's nice to deal with an honest hard working company very impressed. Within hours of the vent system being installed we noticed diffrences all postive. Love it and would highly recommend Sayr to any one looking for a system :) THANKS SAYR keep up the good work

Very poor after sales' support. Good when everything goes well but don't expect immediate technical support when requested.
I highly recommend Sayr if you want an air conditioning unit installed and serviced
Sayr installed an air conditioning unit into a commercial unit I had in Penrose. It ran extremely well in summer and winter in what was a large location. When I moved out I had them uninstall and relocate it into a restaurant I set up in the inner city. Their work was very professional and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to install the right unit for your home or business.
Sayr is a great product
Sayr is a great product. I was skepticial at first, but the system has exceeded my expectations. My house is warm and dry, it is also cooler in the hot summer evenings. Best house investment.

Highly recommend Sayr. Everything they did, from whoa to go was perfect. I wouldn't even look at anyone else. These guys are the tops.
Damp air pumping into house when the roof cavity heats up after rain............
Had our system installed 7 months ago. Quite pleased with it, but after rain it seems to pump damp air from the roof cavity and the walls and windows stream with damp which didn't happen before. Someone came around and suggested we get the roof sprayed, which we did. We still have the problem, have called the company, but nobody has contacted us.
We've had our SAYR ventilation system …
We've had our SAYR ventilation system for eleven months now and we're absolutely delighted with it. You could feel the difference straight away, the house felt dryer and warmer. We have had absolutely no wet windows since the day it was installed. The staff we dealt with from start to finish were all honest and professional. It was all completed as and when they told us it would be done. We're so very glad we chose SAYR and can't recommend them highly enough.

Completely satisfied with the purchase of the ventilation system. When we brought our new house we had one installed within 3 weeks of moving in. we left the old unit in the house we sold.

Very impressed with SAYR. So very refreshing to have a company do what they say they will do and do it properly. Sam the rep was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. David and Mathew were brilliant. All excellent from quote to finish and an after call to ensure all was well. To boot it is super great to be rid of the crying windows. Had a bathroom fan put in at the same time and it is perfect.

Their sales representative arrived early for our appointment, the installers arrived on time, the system was installed quickly with no mess left behind and made an immediate difference to the house.
Where previously shoes had gone mouldy in wardrobes and curtians mouldy , within a week the house was drier, fresher and there were no crying windows, The system is quiet and you don't even know its running half the time.
