Beautiful Rechargable Light.

Very good customer service. Bought one of their rechargeable lamps and I love it. Slim and stylish with a nice pop of colour. Gives an amazing amount of streamed light too. Very pleased and will visit their store again.

I agree with a lot of the reviews. Product wasn’t like it was promoted -
Poor quality. Apparently I can’t send it back. My consumer rights? Took ages to arrive. Poor quality crap from china. Do not buy. Absolute scam

Cheap products shipped from China (or…

Cheap products shipped from China (or they tell me from Hong Kong). The shipment took over 3 weeks to get here and the box was torn up when arrived. I spent $1000 on their products. I reached out to customer service (Sarah) and she told me that I could ship the "garbage" back to Canada and they would refund me or they could refund me $45 and keep the product. I shipped it back to Canada for $340 (I know, I am stupid), but I figured I would get some of my refund back. The shipment has been sitting in Canada for WEEKS. UPS has called me multiple times asking about pick up. Kiyo is stating in an email that they are on a much needed break or Sara tells me that for them to pick up the shipment, it will cost them $500-$600. At this point, I am over it. I am calling my credit card company to tell them what a scam this company is. They marketed items on their website very differently from what they ACTUALLY look like. I am so frustrated. If you like cheap looking items and don't plan on returning anything, then this is the place for you.

Update: 2/27/26 Sara, after I feel reading my review, reached back out to me and they did refund 800 something dollars of my thousand dollar order. Mind you, I spent $340 on shipping and they took out $130 for customs ( after telling me it was going to be $500-$600 more for customs which was not the case) . I also spent weeks and hours dealing with all of this! To me, this company should not be an online order service. The return options are absolutely terrible and they should be truthful about their products. I stand by what I said above, but I wanted to update that she did refund some of my money at this point. And she did ask me to edit my review. I will not be using this company again.

Branch Lighting and Dimmable Rechargeable Night Light

Ordered two different products. Their battery powered Branch Lighting (four branches at $10/each) and one of the Dimmable Rechargeable Night Light in Orange. Truthfully, the branch lighting is fine, albeit a bit overpriced, but they work just fine. The Orange Night Light is really cool. Nice heavy base. Sleek, and looks great placed amongst some items on a set of drawers in the bedroom. It gives off an awesome glow. Strongly recommend the Night Light. Overall, fully satisfied with my purchases.

Extremely unresponsive, unreliable, asnd unprofessional

I ordered 2 wine glasses on 1/4, a Sunday afternoon, for $90. Less than two hours later, I cancelled the order. I received a robo-email saying they were taking a much needed vacation. Good, I thought, they'll be able to cancel the order before it's processed. The next day, the items shipped out anyway. It took two weeks to receive a response, and they refused to cancel the order or provide a return label. The package arrived on 1/20, and one of the two wine glasses was broken. They told me I could pay the shipping to Canada to return the glasses, which would cost almost as much as the glasses. They then offered a $45 refund and told me it had already been completed on PayPal, and claimed that the funds had been taken from their account. That was not true. After repeatedly telling them that I never received the refund (their "proof" was a bogus screenshot with no transaction numbers), on February 4th they finally admitted that the $45 refund never went through on January 20th. On February 4th they again promised to issue the refund. A total of 66 emails were sent in a one-month period (mostly sent to non-responsive ears), a half day on the phone with PayPal (trying to find the refund that was never actually put through), and I have one broken glass, another that I never wanted, and I am out $90. (BTW, the same $45 wine glass is on Amazon for $25 and Etsy for less than $20). UPDATE 2/6: The $45 refund has finally been issued.

Great selection of accent pieces… we…

Great selection of accent pieces… we enjoy the solar garden lights and have bought many… they look great in our yard! The solar tables are cool too. Combined the lights have transformed our yard into a nighttime feature.

Wonderful experience shopping with Kiyo Home. I have now ordered from this store on three separate occasions and will continue to order more in the future! Fair prices, excellent quality and fast shipping has been my experience. I wish every Facebook Ad experience I had was this good!

Awful

My negative review not showing on their site. Customer service having a break. Can't return unless damaged and paying shipping. Just absolute trash.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Products are from China. Not mentioned by Kiyo Home. Not one product looked like the photographs used to sell them. I ordered an adult apron and a cardboard apron arrived that would fit a 2 year old. Hand towels- arrived frayed, cheap and disgusting quality. Nothing like the ones they advertised. Absolutely no response from customer service- except they removed the photographs of the products I ordered from my emails. I spent £48.70 on the most appalling, dreadful, dreadful shameful scam.

Never ever order from them.

It's the worst kind of crap China (or whomever) produces and sells to idiots like me who don't see that the website is just a front.

You realize this especially when you open the box, see what crap it is, and then learn you can't return it.

Expérience très décevante

Expérience très décevante, je déconseille fortement.

La commande a mis un temps anormalement long à arriver, bien au-delà de ce qui est suggéré lors de l’achat. Le colis provenait directement de Chine, ce qui n’est à aucun moment clairement indiqué sur le site, alors que la marque se présente comme une petite entreprise canadienne.

À la réception, plusieurs articles étaient cassés, rendant la commande inutilisable. Il s’agit de produits fragiles et de qualité médiocre, manifestement non adaptés à une expédition longue distance sans protection sérieuse. Aucun marquage “fragile” sur le colis, et une logistique qui ne permet clairement pas d’assurer l’intégrité des produits.

La qualité perçue est très en dessous des photos et du prix payé : on est loin d’une marque de décoration premium, mais plutôt face à des articles standards, produits en Chine et expédiés en dropshipping.

Le service client répond initialement, puis se réfugie derrière une politique de retour extrêmement restrictive, refusant le remboursement pour des produits reçus cassés, ce qui est inacceptable pour un consommateur.

En résumé :
❌ qualité médiocre
❌ logistique non maîtrisée
❌ origine des produits non transparente
❌ SAV peu coopératif

Si vous cherchez de la qualité, de la transparence et un vrai service client, passez votre chemin.

This is by far the worst company I've…

This is by far the worst company I've ever ordered from. I ordered a light up tree, a seashell glass, and a some Japanese boat to burn incense. To start this shipment took 3.5 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived the tree didn't light up and the glass was cracked. Total scam!! When I reached out to support (Madison) she was nice at the start but I literally never heard from here again. She also mentioned the shipment on her end showed the delivery only took 7 days which wasn't the case. They claim they are a small business from Canada but they are shipping Chinese garbage. Hope they go out of business in the near future. I'm not mad about it anymore since I went through American Express to get my money back. Stay far away from this junky company
