I placed an order for what was advertised as a Military Grade Monocular. The order confimation came in almost immediately and I noticed something had been added that I did not order, so I immediately sent them a notice to cancel the order. Less than 5 minutes had passed. The next day I sent a followup email and tried to call their help line, but had to leave a voice mail. On day 3 I got an email stating their fulfillment departent was very quick and had already filled the order. Hey, I was quicker, 5 minutes. It is obvious they ignored my request in order to sell me the item. Well it arrived. It is far from Military Grade. It's more like a child's toy. If I could give them a Zero Star rating I would. I feel they are dishonest, incompetent, and more of a scam than a vendor. I recommend you keep your money safe in your pocket and don't deal with these people.

Don't buy from this company. No communication from the seller. 2 Email address's listed for customer support were bounced back as no good. I finally received information that my order shipped after asking for a refund thru PayPal 6 weeks after the order was placed. I placed the order July 24th and received it today Sept 10th. If this product doesn't work as advertised I will be getting a refund through PayPal.

Finally got delivery. Ordered 23-Jul-2025, received on 10-Sep-2025. Other than that, everything was good.

The product was what I expected. It took well over a month to get here and very little communication. Don't expect something to arrive in a hurry. I am comfortable with that but plan ahead if you need something

Great products & prompt postage

I still have not received my order place the first week in July. It is now September 5, 2025.

This is a request for a credit for a shipping charge on my order. I searched your website for a Telescoping handled hedge trimmer. But the search produced a telescoping chain saw. The pictures looked like what I intended to order and I proceeded with the order. When I got to the payment portion, there was a shipping charge, I call to ask why I was not provided with free shipping. I told your representative "I did not what the order if it included a shipping charge and wanted to cancel the order if shipping were included" The next day I received the saw and called to question why the saw not the hedge trimmer. He explained my mistake ordering the wrong product but not the overnight shipping charge. I returned the saw paying for USPS ground postage. My credit card bill just arrived with the overnight shipping included,

I was placing an order for 1 StarScope Monocular G3 when the website asked if I wanted to add a Phone Mount bracket which I chose to do. What I didn't realize is that by selecting that option the website then went back to the default setting of 3 StarScopes (most popular choice).
After I paid and received the order confirmation I realized the error and immediately sent an email to support asking if there was any option to change the order. I never received a response to my email and my order is now in transit so I will be stuck with 2 additional StarScopes. The product may be fantastic (I'll find out when it arrives) but the lack of response and communication is very disappointing.

Looked like a New Zealand company but was in USD not NZD. Then part of it was not included, where in the information it intimated that it was?

I am sitting here annoyed and just about ready to call the company again to find out where my purchase is. I have not yet received the merchandise that I originally ordered on July 5, 2025. I called about it on August 12, 2025, and I was told a replacement would be sent in 7 to 10 days, and it is now September 3rd, and I still don't have the merchandise.
