First the website address section would not accept New Zealand as a delivery destination. I had to leave the website without completing the purchase. I then found another website and was able to complete the purchase there. I now find that my credit card has been debited twice. One debit for NZ$ 70.87 and the other for NZ$110.95. I have not received any accounting which explains either amount. So not happy.

After buying a cardian card 3 pack from savvy smart deals I realized the cost was significantly more costly due to the $15 shipping fee. So I decided to buy from Amazon. I tried calling several times several emails to arrange a refund. The voicemail did not allow for a message to be recorded and of course no human to answer any calls. Eventually had the credit card company address my complaint. This apparently is your only recourse. Shop elsewhere, this vendor is the worst I have ever dealt with. Otherwise good luck getting a professional reply or refund.

The shipment has taken forever!! No prPeply from customer service. It is THE worst place to buy. Never again!!!

Your marketing processes are deceiving. Details promised in the product advertisement are only included for additional charges.

The website is slow. I almost canceled the order when I saw the total charges they differ from what I expected. I did not consider taxes and shipping, but I didn’t have the confirmation confirmation of charges. It was my mistake. I am used to receiving the confirmation that charges right away. I apologies but the website should be erased.

Confusing website.accidently placed duplicate order and tried to cancel but could not navigate to find cart. Also tried. Tried to call but did not get person .

Even though I have not received the Monocular I ordered I am super excited to be receiving it . I have ordered this as a Christmas gift for my partner and am hoping he will be just as excited once he gets it!

I purchased 3 Starscope Monocular TelescopeI and after was offered a $30 free coupon which never was redeemed or displayed when I purchased my next purchase which was the Cardian Safe Card. I also was unaware of the 3 pack offer and thought I was buying 2 cards when I was actually buying two 3 packs. I have tried to contact savysmartdeals 3 times with no response. The lack of customer service is a disservice to the customer as well as disingenuous. I don't think I'll be buying anything from savysmartdeals again.

It was very easy to order, i saw it on YouTube & scanned the bar code. I hope it's as good as it looks on the TV.

if you didnt bombard me with additional items, we could have had a sale! Going back to charge more items culminated in a fraud lock down, leaving me with no card as i await a new one in 2 weeks! what started out as 39.00 came to an excess off 90.00 so capital one shut it down. THX FELLA'S

I placed an order for what was advertised as a Military Grade Monocular. The order confimation came in almost immediately and I noticed something had been added that I did not order, so I immediately sent them a notice to cancel the order. Less than 5 minutes had passed. The next day I sent a followup email and tried to call their help line, but had to leave a voice mail. On day 3 I got an email stating their fulfillment departent was very quick and had already filled the order. Hey, I was quicker, 5 minutes. It is obvious they ignored my request in order to sell me the item. Well it arrived. It is far from Military Grade. It's more like a child's toy. If I could give them a Zero Star rating I would. I feel they are dishonest, incompetent, and more of a scam than a vendor. I recommend you keep your money safe in your pocket and don't deal with these people.
