the order arrived after a long wait I opened the pkg and found a Starscope that was the cheapest piece of crap I have ever seen I couldn't even get it to focus on anything The controls don't control anythingThis falls into just a big scam where I wasted my money

I ordered dec15. My credit card was charged immediately. By January 15 I hadn’t got it yet so asked for a refund. They said they would call back because something with their computers wouldn’t let them. It hadn’t shipped yet. Didn’t call back. I call again a couple days later and oh ya now it has shipped. So no they can’t refund. Now it’s 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received anything. Will NEVER buy from savvy smart again. Total scam outfit in my opinion
AND now I get an email saying it just shipped TODAY so total lie that it was shipped 2 weeks ago 😤

The item I purchased was a camera light bulb.upon receiving it I realized that if I used it, I would not have a functioning porch light. Besides the monthly fee was not in my budget. I returned the bulb in its original packaging and received notice from UPS the it was signed for by Roxanne. Not only have I not received a return,but also, 2 months in I haven’t received any response from Savvysmartdeals. So presently I’m out for the cost of the camera and the cost of shipping it back there

I want my money back. Your returns page shows an error of "something went wrong" when trying to return the item

We tried this at our front door. The light output was too low and didn't stay on long enough. We found the alarm noise to be quite annoying, as well. Going to return it.

I want to return item i purchased. On 12-27 2025, i sent an email and left a voice message requesting a return label or invoice. As of today, I haven't gotten any type of response. Service i received is horrible.

Ordered a security camera. My daughter told me it was probably not any good, but I figured it was too late to cancel since supposedly they shipped it, except there was never any tracking number, so they actually didn't ship it. Anyway, since there was no tracking number, I could ask PayPal for a refund since they never shipped. The camera came with an $8/month subscription which I also asked to be refunded. After those refunds, they started to charge me for some apps I never ordered and don't know anything about. I am still trying to get my money back for those.

I ordered a Guard House Watch camera that was delivered by Savvysmartdeals.com warehouse. The promise was this little camera was secured by a magnetic support and would deliver 32 feet of night time visibility. The company promised a no hassle 30 day return period.

I did receive the camera so this wasn't a true scam but boy did this company overpromise! The camera only had 2 to 3 feet of night visibility. The magnetic support failed with the slightest touch. The 30 day no hassle was the opposite. The company never responded to emails. I called them 5 times, amazingly their system was down every call so they couldn't give me a return authorization. I had to go through my credit card company who did reverse the charge.

Awful non-existent customer service- bought guardhouse cameras.

Waste of time and money

Don't listen and have a direct communication with you. I cancelled the order 20 minutes after I placed the order. So. Your not getting paid for it. I cancelled the card. Gonna return purchase if I ever see it.
I'd get carrier to return it

I ordered an item - saw what I was charged on Paypal - $$ more than on the original order - cancelled item via email (numerous emails) - within five minutes of ordering - 13 days later received an email from them saying - sorry item shipped can't cancel - when questioned regarding lack of tracking information they send a link saying the label for the item was created 13 days after ordering - avoid this company.

The product Starscope is not as advertised. Poor quality.

Order process was easy and order arrived on time. Have not tested the product yet.

Not what I thought it was.need to return but I get no response when requesting info and return label. Customer service very poor.make sure you want what you order because you get no help if you need it.

Bad customer service. I called the customer service and told her the issues and she said someone will call you and hung up.

I ordered/bought the items 13th of June, the 11th of July the goods have been delivered, so I should have had til 11th of August to send them back!!!

But what can anybody expect from a company, that needs from 2nd/9th of August to 11th of September to answer to an email and not even sign it with full name and company-adress…
Never again!!
Better look at eBay or Amazon - better and cheaper!!

Never received order. No number to call. I spent $122 for nothing. Going to file a complaint with BBB.
