Cant make contact with customer service. Will not return calls as promised. Will not follow through on emails or voicemails. Any contact made deals with a run around to call someone else they refer you back where you were. As soon as I am finally able to complete this order. I will not be doing any purchasing here. I have had it.

I tried to cancel this order right away. There's no phone number or any way to cancel

Now everything ok ...as the shipment came from china but the company resist in the US this was very confusing....also the website with ( i stoped counting ) whith pop ups /deals / add on / etc. made the whole process and also the company very suspicious. I had the very strong feeling the order I placed was scam!!!

A better magnet would be a vast impruvment.

Ordered 3 Bug Zapper lites on 4/30/26. Stated 7-10 delivery and they charged my card $118 immediately on 4/30. It is now 6/2 and they have not been received, nor emails answered. I called and they said they had no order and would call me. Never did. I reported it to AMX as Fraud/Scam.

Updated. After their quick response and refund this company if legitimate
The problem was that somewhere on their website I got redirected to a different site that was a scam. Had to cancel my credit card and change all my passwords Company appears to be ok but they may need to fix some bugs

I made my decision to purchase two camera's at the advertised price of $79.99 on the 17 May 26.
Upon purchase I was emailed a copy of the order which now showed $150.13.
At no time did i request a "lifetime protection" for a fee of $7.99. It was never advised that the cameras did not come fully equipped with SD Cards - at an additional $43.98. Finally the advertised item did not mention that a shipping cost of $18.17 would be included. The whole advertisement is quite clearly designed as a scam and borders on fraudulent. I have n't actually received anything yet so it could possibly get worse - post that if you would.

Savvysmartdeals asked for my review long before the product was delivered, and then replied long after it was delivered with no indication of which product I was to review.

Everything was easy to find and have a chance to look at products that might possibly purchase. Products were of excellent value

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience involving Smartdealbay.com often referred as Savvysmartdeal.com. with Bright Buy responding to emails. The 3 week shipping delay was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I canceled the order and refused delivery, yet the item wa still shipped.I returned the package promptly but have not received a refund. Multiple attempts to contact the merchant Bright Buy (smartdealbay.com) have gone unanswered. Lack of transparency, poot communication and absolutely no accountability--buyer Beware.

The website was a scam. They were trying to take money out of my account without my permisson.

Jamais reçus, ils ont envoyé un numéro de suivi mais le status n’a pas changé, ils n’ont jamais remis la commande au transporteur, ils ont juste créé un numéro d’envoi. Ce sont des escrocs , A Éviter les commandes à cette société.

The checkout was ridiculous when you keep putting extras before you can check out. I ended up with warranty the I did not want. This was after I clicked on Paypal for payment. Do my best to let everyone know.

Returned item that was basically junk, and never got a refund for returned item. Do not buy from this company.

I have not got the product anthill now.

I placed an order in early December for 3 Starscopes planned for Xmas presents. Your ad confirmed items in stock. Around the 23rd of December I enquired if the order had shipped. I received a reply that my order had been cancelled by user, and that I would receive a full credit. I responded that I had not cancelled the order, however it now was too late, as these were Xmas gifts and that we missed the window. To my surprise, I received an email that the order was shipped on Jan.26th. Approximately 6 weeks from when the order was placed, I have now received the order. Shame on you's for accepting orders, when out of stock, after confirming you had stock. A pretty bush league attempt at taking an order, without being honest, just to book a sale. I will not consider a purchase from such a company again.
