I ordered a pair of black shoes and I consider myself fortunate (unlike some people), as I complained about them and received a response offering me a 25% refund which I took (£10) and spent £15 rectifying the problem. Having said that I'm looking at the shoes and wondering where the common sense was. Why would you use white velcro and a light backing/lining on a pair of black shoes, thereby showing the errors whilst making the shoes? The shoes are comfortable, but disappointed with the quality and finish. I wanted to include pictures here but cannot see where to load them up.

This is a scam company. Avoid like the plague.

How I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!… a rip of Chinese company … just don’t touch them with a barge pole!!

Totally disgusting with 1 dress arriving nothing like the photograph, the other just didn’t arrive, tried to return no help!!!

Something I ordered referred to as COTTON is not cotton . Some nasty viscose material . Cost £ 30.00
I have emailed the company 25 times , no response . Now it will cost £ 20.00 to send back

Absolutely dreadful blouse. Not roll up sleeves but short and gathered with weird open back not mentioned on website. Also not khaki but plain brown. Terrible workmanship with cheap buttons and loose threads. Not what I ordered at all. Will spread the word giving bad reviews and hope to stop potential customers from wasting their money. Thanks for nothing Saveliore. Take a look at your reviews (all one star) and stop ripping people off!

This company advertises in pound sterling tricking you into thinking it is a UK company when actually it’s based in Holland but all their items come direct from china!! None of their items that they sell have any tags in them saying Saveliore!!!! Not 1 item! Total scam company and the quality is like primark. They wouldn’t let me return kept ignoring me and now I’m stuck with items that don’t fit and of cheap quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!

Ordered an item 10 days ago. Received tracking details saying it had left China (despite being given a 3 - 5 working day delivery estimate). Today I received another message saying it had been dispatched (a second time!) The email had a link to the tracking details. When I entered the order number I got the response “Order no not recognised”.
I am assuming this is a scam and not holding out any hope of receiving my goods.

If I could rate this a zero or negative, I would. I typically wear a medium or large so I ordered a large coat because sizing ran small. It was so tight, it was unwearable but they wouldn't accept a return because it was too expensive so they offered a 25% refund. I asked if they would accept a 50% refund and I'd donate the coat to avoid the return shipping costs but they've ghosted me ever since. No refund. No communications. They suck.

Do NOT waste your money or your time.

I have purchased a gents Cardigan from Saveliore.I was sent two one priced at £29.99 and the other priced at £25.50.
I want to return both of them but am getting no response.
I still have the Cardigans but the quality is very poor.Reason being several people have returned there goods and not received the money so I don't trust this company.I have not received any letters from them
I am not the only one this company is treating like this.Could you help me in any way.
I am 87years old and it is an awful lot of money to lose.The company are ignoring me.

Order some joggers from these 8 weeks ago, said there on the way. Still nothing. Stay clear. Bank have refunded my money

Tried to return an item that did not fit. Despite many emails requesting their returns form I got absolutely nil response.
I ordered through SHOP and they apparently logged an issue with the company but still no response. If SHOP deal with companies like this I will be deleting my bank details and account with them .
Looks like I've been scammed I'm afraid.

When placing the order I was offered a discount but instead of discounting the item in the basket I was charged for another item exactly the same at the discounted price so now have 2 items, one at the full price and one at the discounted They arrived about 2 weeks later. I've been trying to return these goods, following the instruction on the website whereby you have to send them an email requesting the return and then they are supposed to send you the return form and instructions on how to return. I have now sent 6 request but have heard absolutely nothing from them. This is obviously a scam site so I would recommend you avoid it completely

I ordered a dress from Saveliore on 18 April 26, paid for it, I didn’t receive it, I emailed them 3 times, they failed to acknowledge my emails I waited nearly 4 weeks and then I had to contact my bank to get the money back which they are currently still investigating. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this company.

I placed an order beginning May which has not been delivered. Offers of discounts to encourage you to spend more but I declined. I have emailed asking where is my order or for refund no response. I believe this company is a scam and to be avoided at all cost.

Is being 17 days since I placed an order for a gift. After purchasing the first jumper the website showed what I thought was a discount for the item but instead apparently I bought a second one instantly (without asking me for payment). I tried to cancel the second order but there is no option for that you have to PAY POSTAGE for returns. Contact costumer service 5 times, the link provided for track my parcel never worked. Still haven't received the item.
