I waited a while for delivery but the standout thing was the customer service! They were very responsive and helpful.

Really bad quality they arrived broken.
I asked for a return and refund will update how that goes.

Just received mine after over a month’s waiting.. was disappointed they came from China, not Europe as we’re led to believe.. Quality is poor, materials look cheap and not breathable, stitching is hap-hazard on the inner tongue which looks like it would tear off easily.. would not recommend…

Horrendous. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven’t received my order yet. I emailed the company and they advised that the order had been shipped, provided a tracking number but was unable to confirm the company delivering them?? Emailed again as still haven’t received my order for them to tell me that they are out of stock and will have to wait until they receive stock again!!!

Delivery took a really long time and the company are not making it clear these shoes are coming from china they say french on their social media’s but then they’re made in china. The shoes fit and they’re okay, they look comfy but won’t last very long due to the thin elastics

I wish I’d ordered these sooner! My daughter absolutely loves them they’ve transformed the way she walks and they’re waterproof! I had an issue with sizing (my fault for not measuring correctly) and the customer service team got back to me straight away and super helpful! Fantastic service and product cannot recommend enough!!

Still waiting for my order after 7 days and no response from the company. Having read the reviews I wish I had t bought. £24 down and no shoes yet

Terrible. White elastic lace has snapped and they are not replacing the shoes as requested. This company is a scam. Avoid.

Don’t be tricked by the wholesome image they give on social media! The shoes are shipped from China, which is not the impression given on their website or social media. They delete any comments about this. On trying to return the shoes, there was a lot of back and forth and some spiel about their returns label system not working currently (from other reviews, this seems to be a common tactic). They then offer a partial refund and the option to keep the shoes - total grifters.

I had my doubts due to mixed reviews but the shoes arrived in seven days and were nicely packaged. They are shipped from China however which is not clear on the website - this is misleading as the impression given is that they are sent from within the UK. Quality seems fine at first glance and my daughter seems to find them comfortable and easy to walk in.

I ordered shoes in the 12th of Jan and still haven't received and no refund either!!!!!

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes which I didn’t want to keep as they were not suitable for my son. Customer service tried to convince me to keep them and after a few emails they stopped replying to me when I finally confirmed that I wanted to start the return process.

I bought two pairs of shoes and both pairs have broken in exactly the same place — the white elastic behind the tongue has snapped on both. The quality is extremely poor.
The shoes also took a long time to arrive and were shipped from China, which wasn’t made clear at the point of purchase.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Although they initially acknowledged my first email about both pairs breaking, they have completely ignored every message since. No update, no resolution, nothing.
Overall, very cheap quality products and non‑existent customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my 2 year old, the white pair were perfect but the green pair had glue marks. I contacted the company and they sent out a new pair with no issues. They're easy to put on and good for growing toes to spread. Son loves them!

TERRIBLE. NON- EXISTENT DELIVERY.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this brand on 10/01/2026. The original shipping took ages and the shoes never turned up because they were "lost". After complaining, I received an email on 05/02/2026 saying that my order was being resent. I am still waiting for my order (it is now 17/02/2026). Products shipped from China (not Europe as the advertising suggests). Waste of time and money. My daughter will have probably grown out of the shoes by the time they arrive.

I usually check trustpilot before ordering from any company and so I can’t believe I didn’t before ordering from here! But no sign of my order and no reply from customer service. And now reading other reviews, it’s likely a scam unfortunately.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased on the 2/2/26 and am still waiting for my delivery 16/2/26. The customer service is NON EXISTENT, nobody replies to emails and my latest email to the bounced back. Do not be fooled by the advertising, you will be disappointed!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered shoes for my baby 3 weeks 1 day ago and have not received them. Communication has been poor and what have received has been conflicting. If you do not have stock available do not allow customers to purchase item. Day after purchase I received email saying item was on it’s way. Very misleading as tracking never updated to say anything other than info received. Also the way marketed on social media suggests coming from Europe but that is not true, it’s coming from China. I would say this could be a scam as money taken, nothing received. Unacceptable!

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a SCAM! They do not honour their returns policy and make up an excuse as to why, then proceed to offer a deal to you of a partial refund to keep the shoes. In addition to this, prior to this happening, they took money for a pair of shoes from my bank without ever sending me the shoes. I shall be reporting this company to Action Fraud. Dispute raised with the bank also. Despicable, awful individuals scamming people for trying to buy shoes for their company.
