Excellent experience with BGreater shoes. I ordered on Sunday and arrived Tuesday. I contacted customer service after I ordered as I was concerned about the width as my daughter is a narrow fit, the shoes had already been dispatched but they were very helpful and informative, letting me know I could return the shoes if not suitable. To my surprise they fit perfectly! My daughter walks really well in them and loves them. It’s only the first day but hopefully they will last well and stay secure on her feet unlike her last pair from the high street.

We purchased school shoes for our daughter in summer 2025, the shoes looked great, have become one of her favourite pairs of shoes, and are holding up well from the challenges of school life! She regularly uses them on her scooter to ride to school, running around the playground, climbing on park equipment and the occasional tree etc.

When it came time to get some new trainers for her we decided to go for BGreater based on our experience with the school shoes. Using the free measurer they sent us we measured her feet and ordered a couple pairs of trainers. Unfortunately, they were a bit tight in her feet, and while the length was fine she decided she didn’t like the fit. After a short email exchange with customer services, who were very responsive, we were able to nip into their warehouse (as we are relatively local) where we were helped by a lovely gentlemen to find a pair that fit her well. We were given a full refund for the original trainers, and my daughter now doesn’t want to take new trainers off!

Fantastic experience, will definitely buy from again, and whilst it was shame the initial pairs didn’t fit, that’s not the fault of the company. Would be great to see a wide fit shoe in the future, as my daughter’s feet do measure on the wide side of typical.

Amazing shoes that really do last! My daughter has been wearing The school shoes and they still look brand new when she outgrows them. They have so much growth room they last longer than leading brands and her feet are so healthy with them too. I would reccomend this company and there shoes to everyone!

I ordered my daughter some shoes for school and she loved them. She outgrew them after about 6 months so I ordered her the same again in a size up. When they arrived the box had the correct size on but the shoes inside were the wrong size.

I emailed asking how to return them for the correct size, and got a response first thing in the morning saying they'd already sent out another pair and sent a link to generate a label to return the incorrect ones. I was expecting to have to return the shoes before they would send out the replacement pair so I was really pleased with the customer service.

The shoes arrived the next day and they'd even included some chocolates as an apology. We love the shoes, my daughter finds them really comfortable and we will absolutely be ordering again in future.

Excellent customer service. I had issues claiming a free foot measurer. Emailed customer support and they responded immediately and arranged for one to be delivered.

Absolutely the best customer service ever ! No matter the issue or question they will help always go out of their way to give the best service and as well as the shoes being so comfy and fab for our girls feet this is why we come back again and again ! The shoes last and last we replace when they grow out of them and they are still always in fab condition ! Our only wish is they would do some bigger sizes our older little girl is a size 3 now and we are reaching the end of the sizes !

Amazing shoes for kids, last ages, kids live the designs and colours and they are comfortable too. I have bought trainers, boots and school shoes over the years and they've all been great.

Some shoe brands have dropped their quality, like the well known brand I grew up so I was looking for a better option for my children.

Great shoes for my little ones, happy to find a good selection of quality barefoot style shoes. Had an issue with a pair or patent school shoes (the patent peeled off quite quickly). A couple of emails, shared some pics, and a brand new pair were sent as replacement. Can't fault that.

Most of my kids shoes now come from BGreater, and willingness continue to.

The Sterling is the only shoe my autistic son truly loves — and that says everything. We now have three pairs: one for school, one for outside, and one just for the garden. They are the only shoes he will happily wear, which has been such a relief for us.
The comfort and design are clearly spot on for children who are sensitive to footwear. They’re easy for him to put on, feel soft and flexible, and never cause any distress — which is incredibly important for us.
It’s rare to find a shoe that a child genuinely wants to wear every day, but these have been a complete game changer.
I really hope you expand the range further — sandals and more flexible winter boots for children with wider feet or legs would be amazing!

I have been buying both school shoes and trainers for my child from BGreater for more than two years now and I love them. Delivery is quick. Prices are good. And back in stock notifications help you get the shoes you need without having to stalk the site. Highly recommend.

I have now purchased three pairs of shoes as my toddlers feet have grown over the last year. The shoes quality are fantastic, my son wears them all day at nursery and at forest school and they are still going strong despite months of abuse.
I had to contact customer service for my recent pair and spoke to Essy who responded to my email the same day and we resolved the issue. Customer service is fantastic and I don’t think I would shop anywhere else for now for my sons trainers.
I have contacted customer services on two other occasions to confirm fit with photos of their orange foot measurer and they always reply very quickly confirming which size I should get and they have always been correct.
I genuinely feel like a valued customer (cheesy as that sounds).

My only complaint… make adult shoes because I want some!!!

I bought 4 pairs shoes/trainers for kids between 3-12 and all off them said they feel great, they look good, fit very well, and kids couldn't be happier. One child is autistic and hates having shoes or trainers on and even he likes them so it a win in my book.

Have brought shoes for my little ones for a while now and still just so happy with them!
My biggest kid started school in September and I have just had to replace her shoes as she had a growth spurt. But the quality and condition of the shoes is still amazing so we will get more use out of them when my youngest starts next year. Big kid loves her school shoes and her trainers and says they are very comfy.

We have had school shoes, boots and toddler trainers from Bgreater and have always been great quality, proven test of time as the shoes have still looked in great condition once my children had grown out of them. Just ordered a 3rd pair of Edisons for my son and they arrived less than 24hours after purchase! Amazing service and highly recommend!

Not only do they last the full school year providing your child doesn't have a growth spurt, my youngest has had a growth spurt and suddenly her shoes don't fit so I ordered her another pair at 8:30 and they had arrived by 9am the next day! Regular updates on the movement of the order just shows that it's a company that truly cares about the customer experience and is just another level of excellence from an already incredible product.
