The installation was absolutely perfect. The installer was very professional and did all the work necessary very quickly and to my total satisfaction. Would recommend this company and installer to everyone.

really happy with service from Sat-Works - friendly and efficient engineer and used drill hole where TV ariel had gone in to keep external wall nice and neat - only reason it is not 5 stars is beacuse I was charged starlink subscription before it was up and running - probably not a lot that Sat-works could have done about this

Engineer was so helpful and experienced that he instantly recommended where to place the dish. Tried his hardest to save me buying an extra cable. Made sure it was easy to understand and did a very neat and tidy install. A really good experience!

From the first contact to the successful installation of my Starlink system, sat-works could not have been anymore professional and courteous.
I was kept uptodate by phone and messaging. The engineer called confirming installation time and date two days before and on day of installation.
He was polite and informative. I can strongly recommend this company.

Both the office and the engineers could not have been more helpful after DHL made a mess of delivery. If you are unsure if you should book an instillation, or do the job yourself, then I recommend booking the engineer. I even have all the tools necessary, but I would not have made as good a job of it as these guys did.

A first class service, from initial order, through to installation. The product does exactly what it says on the tin, and provides a super fast flawless internet connection especially for those living in rural areas. So, if you’re struggling to receive a decent and lag free connection, then Starlink is definitely for you. I missed the lower priced 6 month deal currently set at £25 per month, however, paying £35 per month has provided me me with an unblemished internet service!
