I was very informed about what time the engineer would arrive when he arrived he was polite very informative and took the time to go through everything that I needed to do I would highly recommend him and the company

I had to chase them to get an install date but the install was very professional and trouble free...

The installation was for the residential Starlink install, could not have went smoother with regards the business who dealt with the installation, Engineer kept me up to date on his arrival, I had advised there was a jack russell onsite who would need secured before he arrived.
I had asked if he could phone ahead to allow my elderly auntie to secure the dog.it turned out I was around anyway.
We both went outside and the engineer surveyed the the general area and where was the best position to mount the starlink.
I had to move a few things as my auntie was getting things done to her garden so was still alot of things sitting, aswell as 2 of the jack russell deposits lol which I had to pick up.lol
I would suggest that there is a clear pathway luckily he had this as the business would be well within their rights to cancel the installation due to health and safety concerns.
After the completion of the installation the Engineer spoke me through how he had mounted the starlink which I really didnt expect however that is excellent he did communicate this to me as I can say no other Engineer say from sky or any other provider has detailed this...
The Engineer was respectful of my auntie who is house bound and disabled explained id have to move her chair to get the cable through the wall to the other side.
Respectful and patient, an excellent Engineer and more importantly my auntie said , he was a really nice man and well she hadn't had her YouTube off since.
Thank-you soo soo much Sat - works for making an old elderly housebound person back in touch with the outside world.
Honestly I would recommend these guys over anyone else.

Prior to the installation (Starlink satellite dish) Sat-Works were very professional in fixing a date, communicating what had been arranged, and offering the option of an earlier date if one became available.

The installation itself was great. Mark, the installer, was friendly, happy to discuss options, to explain what he was doing as he went along, and to answer any questions. I am very pleased with the end result.

Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Good communication throughout & John, the installation technician, was excellent. Phone call day before to confirm appointment, arrived on time, and completed a first class, clean job. Very friendly, gave clear instructions on system operation which is now working at promised speed. Fully recommended and would use again.

Outstanding support team. I was given the opportunity to get my Starlink Kit installed ahead of time. The technician arrived on time and did a great job, far beyond my expectations. Everything works perfectly well.

The installation engineer was very good. It was difficult to get an appointment as everything was on line and showing no spaces. But when i spoke to the engineer said he'd been to the caravan site 3 times in the preceeding month which was annoying. But he was great above and beyond!

Engineer arrived on time. Very professional service discussed all potential issues. gave excellent advice on siting of equipment very helpful. Would recommend the company as they kept in touch with me regarding issues with time span due to starlink issues not the fitting company excellent service.

The service and care I received from SatWorks on my recent installation of Starlink was absolutely first class. First class service the fitters were professional and knowledgeable the service was up and running in no time and installed in the location I needed

They kept me in the loop and had no issues with me having to delay my install due to the kit not being delivered.
On the day of the install the guy was very knowledable and even fed the cable behind some roses we have growing on the front of the house, which I thought may have been an issue.

After an initially poor install experience, (holes left on brickwork not covered up) the team sent another installer who was far more professional in his approach taking time to correct the issues and leaving the install looking very neat and tidy, communication was great this second engineer called me the night before to confirm time so we didn’t wait round all day. I’d recommend Satworks.

Due to a miscommunication, the company contracted to come on a Bank Holiday. They turned up to do this one job, were quick and efficient and did a neat and tidy job with the antennae and cabling. Overall very happy with their service.
