After a nightmare with the local Openreach subcontractor who was completely inflexible and installed our new fibre connection in a vulnerable place, where it was soon broken, this was a revelation. Brilliant reliable guys, surprised they came lol we bought a new house with no real broadband ordered Starlink it arrived however moved in date kept changing, but these guys were vary patient and eventually the day came. They arrived well within the time slot and got straight to work. What surprised my wife and I was the gastly Satalite dish with spaghetti junction cables off everywhere which they just said " we'll take that down" the cracked on took it down removed all the cables and cracked on installing Starlink. The install was soo discreet and professional we where very impressed. Amazing service !! Would HIGHLY recommend A+++

Ryan arrived early and got on with the job at hand. He was very polite courteous and professional. Ist was baking hot outside he simply got on with it. Would highly recommend them amd we can't praise Ryan enough.

Staff were very professional throughout the job and took particular interest in ensuring any dust or debris from drilling through the wall was cleaned up. Both the staff were good in terms of communication explaining what they would do etc. had the whole job complete in less than an hour and a half. 👍

Engineer was very polite, work completed quickly and a lovely job.
No complaints at all apart from would be ideal if there was a quicker timeline for installation but this cant always be helped.

Installer (Steve) arrived early, provided good advise and proceeded with a fast, efficient and tidy installation. Made sure everything was working correctly, including the mesh node.

Engineer who came to fit our dish was excellent. Polite, understanding , very helpful in any questions I asked.
We had our satellite dish fitted to our caravan home.
Other people on site had there dish fitted by local contractor we choose to pay starlink engineer at half the price.
Only little difference with that we at to wait a little longer for insulation date.
But total experience of service was excellent.
