Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication all the way through

The Sat-Work installer phoned earlier to give me an ETA and arrived on time and had a good attitude and he got straight onto the job. Found the right attitude for the dish and fitted it to my roof. He explained what I had to do next with the Router etc. Very efficient and businesslike, nice chap ( I'm sorry but I didn't catch his name)

Howard was just so friendly and professional throughout the whole installation. No quibble, no qualms about location of the satellite, all done with no fuss or drama at all.

Engineer was absolutely brilliant. Informative, knew exactly what he was doing and the install looks tidy inside and out. Also set my router up for me and gave me some tips on how to best improve my coverage around the house. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Engineer turn up earlier than expected which was a bonus installation went smoothly now I have no problem getting internet would recommend sat works

Wow wish I had switched to Starlink a few years ago. The experience so far has been amazing. Our installer John was fantastic, although we were not at the property he kept me informed with calls and photos every step of the way. John is a real credit to you and cannot recommend you highly enough ☺️

Great communications leading up to the installation. John, our engineer, arrived 1 hour earlier than the ETA advised which was great and he had us up and running within about an hour. Great service all round from the moment we placed the order with Starlink to the installation being completed by Satworks. Can highly recommend!

First class service with quick and easy installation. We were kept informed and updated on installation. Time amd date. Very clean and tidy job with no disruption to our house. Very polite amd friendly technician. House amd outside area left clean amd tidy.

I've recently joined Starlink.
They emailed to schedule the installation which was simple to arrange however there was a three week wait.
It was disappointing that we started being charged immediately on receipt of the reuter rather than after the installation!
Anyway Mark, the installer, was very efficient, messaged the day before to confirm his timing. He was very punctual, courteous, helpful and did a good job.

I recently had a Starlink installation carried out by Sat-Works on 16/03/2026 and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

The team were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about the system. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I was confident with how it all worked before they left.

The installation itself was completed to a really high standard – neat, tidy, and with great attention to detail. They made sure the dish was positioned perfectly for optimal signal, and the performance has been excellent since.

Living in a rural area, the installation was far from straightforward and the weather conditions on the day were extremely challenging. Despite this, Howard went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed properly before leaving.

He took the time to make sure the installation was fully finished and that all devices were connected and working perfectly. His professionalism, persistence, and attention really stood out.

Am annoyed that I am being charged from 4th March despite the installation not taking place until 11th March
I have asked for the invoice to be reissued but not heard whether this will happen.

The satellite man came and put my gen 3 dish on the roof. It was very professional, and the guy is very kind. Did a good job, deserves a raise.
