El día 23 de febrero hice un pedido a Sassylux que se pagó.
Después de varios correos electrónicos reclamando la entrega del pedido, pues a día de hoy 10 de abril no lo tengo.
En el seguimiento de la página me dice que ya está entregado. Todo es mentira.
Son unos estafadores.

El día 6 de febrero hice un pedido a Sassylux que se pagó.
Después de ciento de correos electrónicos reclamando la entrega del pedido, pues a día de hoy 17 de marzo no lo tengo.
En el seguimiento de la página me dice que ya está entregado, una mentira que nadie me contesta a las reclamaciones que he puesto en su correo electrónico.
Que estafadores son.

They are frauds, no customer service. And bad product quality. No tags, waste of money completely.

Same issue. It’s been 1 month and no email, no replies to my multiple emails sent. Trying to track and get an error message saying the tracking provider has internet issues. I have received this message several times when trying to track.

BEWARE....AVOID .....I placed an order for items a month ago and have heard nothing since. Customer Service doesn't seem to exist,.Attempted to contact them on numerous occasions. Emails just seem to get returned. No reply on Facebook page..Beginning to think this is a scam company. 😞

I worked with them in good faith to return an item and order an exchange. Total for these items is $75.74. They asked me to "give" the items to friends and they would reimburse me $20.

This store totally ripoff!! Me and my girlfriend spend over $950 for jeans next day we saw everything on sale in different store on Black Friday my girlfriend called the store to see if we can return or if they can give even small discount
The person got on the phone she would talk the store owner (Terry) she never got back to us never called or respond
Terrible customer service. We like to support small business but not thus type place.

Terrible experience dealing with this company from China. The address on the website says Washington State, the return address on the package sent to me says it came from Florida. Both pieces of clothing were crap and I mean crap. I only bought from them as I thought they were a USA company because of the address on their website which states that and that you could return items. In emailing them back they wanted me to return for 9.99 shipping and exchange for other products. I said no. They said we will give you 20% back and I said no. They tried 50% back and I said no. finally they gave me a full refund minus $9.99 shipping and I could keep the crappy items. I told them it was false advertising in the US to say your company is in the US and the return label had a Florida address which I thought I could return to FL or WA. Do not give up emailing and telling them you will leave a bad review. After the refund they had the gall to say please leave us a good review on Facebook. They must think we Americans are stupid. So to sum it up....do not buy from any advertised online company unless you have searched for their reviews online yourself. Majority are a scam and that's sad they have infiltrated our social media with advertising their crap.

I ordered the Vain Jeans XL months ago & never received them😒 SO WRONG & I TRUSTED Sassy2!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED 😞

It took over a month to receive clothes. When I finally received it the clothes was CHEAP and ugly. I requested a refund they sent me a label to return item. I mailed it out and after weeks the item was sent back to me because there was no one able to receive item. I have emailed several times and there is no contact number. This is fraudulent. I hope they get sued. I will need to contact my bank.
