If I could give this shop under a zero I would! Total scam and I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau!!!!! The clothes were a X small. Didn’t even come with a tag in it!!!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves, selling worthless pieces of crap!!! The it arrived outside the dates!!!

Very poor-quality clothing. The item ordered looked nothing like what was received. The dress received looks like a big roll of polyester. Do not order from this site. You cannot contact anyone and there are no returns. Please DO NOT GET GOT!!!

I placed an order 5/30 I just received the order today 6/22. Stuff is being ordered from china then sent to the customer, they do not respond to emails and the items are poorly made and cheap looking. Never again Sassy2

Of I could rate 0 stars, I would. This site is a scam. They steal videos from legit sites. The products received look NOTHING like what is shown on the website. Note, there is no contact information available. I could go on. Do not order from this site.

Y'all done lost y'all dam mind I order pants with the flare. And y'all sent me a dusty gray jumpsuit. No way I want my money back . Really y'all act like I do not know what I ordered . And it is to big. I have pictures.

If I could give it a zero I would. My shirt never came in and here it is January 2024. It was ordered in May 2023. They claim it was interrupted by customs. They asked me if I wanted my refund And I have been waiting since May and they refused to respond.

First of all the items I received looked nothing like I ordered and the sizing was completely wrong! These were cheaply and poorly made items. I later found that this company had stolen videos of other boutiques and even their website information to display and describe the items. I never got a response from them about my complaint so I took it as a loss! Never again will I order from them! Disgusting!

Absolutely horrible in every way

The clothes are horrible quality and not at all close to the items on the website. The refund policy is horrible - they want you to send the clothes to an warehouse in China and pay for the shipping, otherwise they won't give you a refund. They're scamming people and commit fraud.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the Cia Elbise dress, my normal size, 2X. It's too small. They don't want me to send the dress back because shipping too expensive. If I pay an additional $18, they will send a larger size. I don't trust it. Quality of dress is bad.

Do not order from sassy 2!!!! I ordered a romper, tried to send it back and they charged me 18 more dollars for shipping to get another romper because they didn’t want to do the refund. The romper is horrible fabric. I have to send it to cleaners first if I
even think about wearing it. I will never order from them again!!!! They deserve no stars!!

Ordered a jumpsuit two sizes larger than what I normally wear, according to their sizing chart. Received it and could barely get it up past my knees.

I reached out to the company for refund instructions and was told that I could "gift" it to a friend and receive a $10 credit on my next purchase, or if I choose to refund it, it'll be sent to China. The shipping costs alone will eat up my refund amount. I fear that I will never see my refund if that happens. I'm going to reach out to my bank today to see whether I can dispute the charges.

I will NEVER order from online companies like this again. They are usually from China (which you don't usually know up front) and the headache involved is not worth the purchase/refund.

I ordered a dress that was suppose to be Khaki and the item was a shimmery gold metallic material. They only wanted to offer me $10 refund or I would have to pay to ship it back to China and then wait to be refunded. I will not order anything again from them. Very dissatisfied.

They sent me the wrong item and want me to pay shipping to send the item back to receive a refund, or state I can keep the item and receive a $10 credit.

I wouldn’t give 1 star if I didn’t have to. I ordered a jumpsuit and more than 10 days later had to reach out for shipping information. They are not a US based company, they follow other boutiques on IG and advertise the same clothing. They told me what I ordered was being made as it’s in high demand. I requested a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order over two months ago finally sent them an email requesting a status, and the item I ordered is now sold out.
No customer service number!
No email from them notifying me of this change, but they still have my money. Do not waste your time ordering from a company like this save your money and energy.

I purchased a beautiful midi dress that was advertised. When I received it, it was so short that it looked like a blouse. Very poor workmanship, and poorly made, with very thin material. It looked homemade.
I will never purchase from this company again, and I would advise anyone else that is thinking about purchasing from Sassy2, not to. You will be very disappointed and wasting your money.

This company is definitely fraudulent. The way they advertise on social media and the pictures they use. The clothes look so good on the models and when you receive them after 2 weeks ( ordered March 12, received March 27) they are so cheaply made. The return policy is bogus! You spend your hard earned money and they want to offer little to nothing for return and tell you to gift a friend.

If I could these con artists a 0 star I would. They don’t even deserve a star. Their clothes are low budget quality. Cheapest materials ever. This company is a scam. DO NOT purchase from this company. My dress came in defective. They said they were going to reimburse me $25 for the broken zipper so I can get it replaced. These con artists said they would put the money in my account in 7-9 business days. It has been well over 25 business days and there’s no money in my bank account. This company comes from out of China 🇨🇳. I will never purchase from them again. They need to be closed down.
