If I could give zero I would !!! I’ve left many messages on the Facebook page and messenger along with emails amd still no answer !!!! I have proof of purchase and yet still no goods !!! Please do not buy from this company you will get ripped off . They have the cheek to tell me they haven’t had an order with my name ?? Funny that I’ve finally be able to go onto my account and hey presto they have taken my money also have proof from my bank !!! Yet the lady has told me to stop putting negative comments !!!! What a cheek quick enough to take my money it’s been over a month and no goods or correspondence shame on you !!

Placed order 24th Jan and money taken; no product received to date. Sent numerous chaser emails/contact forms and no response received to any communication sent.
I would not recommend this company; use at your peril.

Please do not buy anything from this website. I tried to buy a personalised money box for my sons first birthday which apparently is out of stock but they are not showing this on their website. I was not informed at the time but my money was still taken and no product received. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and they were able to retrieve my money but the company have still not updated their website to show this item is out of stock.

Purchased a personalised breakfast gift set from Sassy Bloomgifts on 10/09, money taken, no product received despite numerous attempts to contact the company via email. Product still advertised on their website! Unable to contact anyone, appalled at the lack of communication. What is going on!!!!!

My experience with sassy blooms gofts is very bad. There is no acknowledgment of payment. They send no email to clarify your order and after you receive nothing i was told to re order. As a result i paid double for what i did not want. They refused to answer any emails or facebook messages. They send no invoice in with the order. I will never use this company again!!!!!

A great selection of gifts and the delivery was really quick despite ordering lots of different personalised items. Some items were a little overpriced but if you’re looking for an extra special more personal gift, they’re great.

Highly recommend Sassy Bloom Gifts. My niece is obsessed with unicorns at the moment so when I came across their adorable unicorn teddy and saw you could personalise the T-shirt I had to get it for her!! I messaged them before I bought it to find out if I could have a few words rather than just her name on the toy and they replied straight away and were so friendly. Shipping and delivery was then super speedy too. My niece looooves it. Thank you Sassy Bloom — i’ll be back for more unicorn gifts very soon!

I received a Sassy Bloom baby box for both my children, and have since been gifting it to all office babies. It’s such an original present with lots of lovely baby items you didn’t even know you wanted! Very convenient as well as they put the box together for you if you want so you don’t even have to think what to put in it. About to order one as we speak!
