When there was an issue with shipping they made it right immediately. Great customer service! I love my bag!

Very easy to order and it completely wrapped ,no damage could be done to it . Beautiful bag am really happy with it .

Bought 3 bags. Two are supposed to be gifts but I'm reluctant to give them away. Love all 3.
Delivery was a bit slow but the products are great.

I had ordered the wrong colour bag .
Emailed and asked if i could change the colour .
Has they hadn.t replied within a couple of hrs i re ordered the bag in the right colour .
Once they saw my email they cancelled the original order and sent me a refund . All within 24hrs .
You could track were the item was at every point and arrived within afew days .

The quality of the ‘Diva’ bag is absolutely atrocious. The face is wonky, the black wool has gaps on one ‘eye’. Cotton protruding from ‘pearls’ and the mouth is terrible. I would too embarrassed to use it and will be returning. Not as shown in pictures, very amateurish, looks like a child has done the face. Delivery was good though.

UPDATE Speedy response from company and apology and replacement being shipped to me.

FURTHER UPDATE Replacement bag arrived as promised, but again it is of poor quality, a pearl is missing from one side and has not fallen off in transit as it’s not even in the bag and one of the eyes doesn’t have enough coverage of wool. I have now requested a refund, it certainly isn’t worth £49.95, although I purchased @ sale price of £29.95, I would not have paid £5 for it, very bad quality control. AVOID.

Further Update: Speedy response to my complaint and refund initiated. Will say there customer service is 5*, only wish the bag had been.

This bag is plastic it's not been handsewn it's degusting I don't know where other people got them from but it's dreadful I paid thirty pounds for a plastic cheap bag it's not good it's plastic inside too with a cheap zip I would like answers to this please I'm really disappointed

Didn’t take too long to arrive . Was a little disappointed in the quality of the bag . As it smells very plasticky

Communication with the co was good and efficient.

First time ordering, good website, lovely products, kept updated on delivery. Lovely bag arrived nicely packaged. Love my diva bag,though I would love a zip/ fastener to close it. And have more straw bags with silver trims instead of all being gold please!

Nice little shoulder bag, ideal for a holiday when you just want to carry your phone etc.
Good zip fastening, and clip fastening would make it quite difficult for anyone to tamper with

Easy web site to use product good quality came within a week. Only complaint it said my first order I would get 15% discount but did not come off the price.
