Got exactly what i wanted
To be honest i haven’t used yet. However, it is exactly what i was looking for. I live in South Florida and the summer rains can drop a lot of water quick. I needed something to keep shoes dry upon leaving work(our parking lot has puddling issues). I like the material and construction. Not sure if are meant to be worn without shoes but i got xxl to cover size 81/2 mens and they fit perfect. Can’t wait to try ‘em out.

The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy, not complicated.
I feel as a customer we should have a choice of how we want the order shipped. Other than USPS. I tracked my order from start to deliver. Once it arrived in Kansas City it was there 4 days. That is just crazy to me.

Not completely waterproof and the color is very red not burgundy at all.
Update: happy to report that SaphiRose has made it right. Customer service responded almost immediately and offered a refund including pre-paid shipping label.

What was needed - needs longer sleeves
It's a good size and seems like it will fit over a backpack. I only wish the sleeves actually went down to the wrist. It has a thumb loop or some kind of loop, but it doesn't reach the hands. Also may be handy to give a folding guide to be able to fit it back into the pouch it comes with

However, I'm super pleased with the coat, the shipping process was smooth and quick, and now I can walk shelter dogs without getting completely soaked. I like the pockets, too!

Returning items a little tricky.
Ordering was easy, the poncho came quickly, and seemed to be good quality-it just wasn't what I wanted. I followed Saphirose’s return policy and sent an email to the address given on their website. I expected to hear back within 24 hours as written on their website but they didn’t seem to be receiving my emails. Once they saw my review, they were extremely quick to respond and made sure that I had the information I needed to return the poncho. Thanks for following up Saphirose! I’ll add another star once I receive the refund.

Sizes are not accurate
Sizes are not accurate. I bought a large for my son and he barely zip it up. The large fits a size 7/8 which isn't an accurate size for Large.
