Overall the company has good communication skills. There was always written follow up. When there were issues involving the raincoat, staff was able to help me resolve them to my satisfaction.
Many aspects of the raincoat showed excellent quality.

The rain poncho I ordered was a great price, arrived ahead of schedule, and looks exactly as pictured. It is light-weight and folds down small for packing, but I have not needed to wear it in the rain yet. If it proves to be as waterproof as advertised, I will come back and add a fifth star.

I ordered 7 ponchos for a family trip to Disneyworld. 2 of the children's ponchos arrived with no travel sacks. The customer service representative named Echo has been wonderful at working on a resolution and I am very grateful for their help and kindness.

Poncho Convenience
I have an arthritic shoulder and putting on a coat or jacket is inconvenient and often painful. The poncho solves the problem nicely.

Won't Refund Your Money For a Return Without Multiple Outreach
I paid to return a poncho to Saphirose ~ I followed all their requirements, including sending the tracking # and confirming it was delivered to their loading dock on 5/31/24. They replied back they would refund me in three business days, and then didn't.
If I hadn't audited my credit card, I wouldn't have realized they didn't fulfill their end of the return. I had to reach out again to ask for my refund, which they finally did refund me a full two months after they received the return. No apology, just a very strangely worded email thanking me for my "cooperation." See below.
Would never do business with them again -- poncho was one size fits a XXXXL sized person. The poncho didn't breathe and it was HUGE. Couple this with the return policy where they forget your refund -- fugetaboutit.
Email from Saphirose after two months with no refund:
"Please verify your inbox for confirmation that the Returns Team has processed your refund request for returns.
Please allow a few business days for the receiving bank to deposit the funds into your account.
We appreciate your cooperation throughout this procedure and look forward to doing business with you again."

Way too big. I would have returned but by the time I paid return shipping it just wasn’t worth it. Don’t buy unless you are very tall and big.

Better for cooler months
Reviews didn’t mention anything about sweating in the suit like a lot of other companies products did so I bought it. Unfortunately it is too warm for summer in my opinion. I will save it for cooler weather and continue my search for a lighter one. I had a Columbia suit that was great but the reviews on latest say not breathable on those also. Frustrating.
