Good, but seemed a lot of repeat info. Also a shame that if you do the day trip you can't let father christmas know anything about your child

We travelled to Enontekiö for the wonderland day trip from Glasgow and it was the most underwhelming and disappointing experience for the money we paid. There were very many issues with trip, too many to go into but I would strongly advise that you book through an alternative company. To give a brief insight into our day I will list a few of the more major issues.
-delayed from Glasgow airport due to seating issues (I understand this can happen but was totally avoidable)
-arrived, already late to Finland to then wait on a coach for 1 hour to get suits and boots
-with half the day gone we arrived at the resort and took straight for lunch which was inedible. The resort itself was very underwhelming
-lots of waiting around for activities that in total were done within 15 mins and no opportunity to repeat any
-Santa (the main event) impersonal barely spoke and really this was just a photo opportunity. The gift given was a small wooden toy, extremely poor!
-returning home we were again delayed on the flight for a very long time due to seating. When entering the plane we were told to sit where we wanted but those of us at the back of the plane were left to find seats dotted around. I was travelling with a 3 and 4 year old and there were no seats together for us. Many other families experienced the same issue. The flight staff were rude, unhelpful and expected us to sit away from our small children and leave them sitting next to strangers! Of course nobody was comfortable doing that so we were delayed until kind passengers moved around to accommodate small children. The passengers resolved the issue with no help from flight staff.

There were further issues albeit minor that I haven’t mentioned.

We spent a lot of money for this day trip as did everyone else and I was so disappointed. I have escalated a complaint with Santa Claus trips who then took no responsibility and passed it onto to transun who equally took no responsibility. I am now escalating this further to ABTA. I would not leave a negative review as I know it worries people who have already booked and it can be negative for the business. However the issues on this day need to be addressed and this trip needs to be reviewed.

Sam and Kira have both been so informative and lovely. The follow up information has been great.

Good booking process made easier by excellent customer service agent. They explained the options, travel itinerary including flight times, baggage allowance, transfers and hotel accommodation. All very clear. Returned calls quickly after leaving voicemail. Great customer experience.

Louise was so helpful and kind when arranging our trip. She answered my emails in detail as well as promptly as well as organising things on the phone at an appropriate time. Thank you very much 😊

The overall booking experience was seamless. The experience girls were knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant. The information provided was detailed and extensive.

Just WOW! I have never in my life been on a more magical experience.
Parents, don’t overpack. The only things you need extra are gloves and hats as they get wet from the snowball fights. Hand warmers are a must :)

The WHOLE team at Santas Lapland/Santa Claus trips were incredible. Everything is thought out, you’re well looked after and everyone is having the best time.

I need to give a special shout out to Samantha McCall from Santa Claus Trips. She booked our trip and when I tell you this woman had the patience of a saint…she really does. She went above and beyond for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a credit to the company and I’m so grateful that she answered the phone to me. What a wonderful lady! ⭐️

Fast and easy with lots of info on the trip

Made contact with Santa Claus trips and Laura emailed then phoned . Really informative call , very friendly but professional and not at all pushy.
All my questions were answered plus more. Made a booking and have been very happy thus far

Great service and a very knowledgeable person who give advice and guidance to develop a package that suits us.

We went for the four day trip to Enontekio and it was worth every penny. My daughter had a fantastic time, so did we. All the trips were excellent and well ran. My daughter was thrilled when she met Santa and he knew what her Xmas list was 🎅😏The location is amazing. You could walk down from the hotel to a bridge that took you over to Sweden and the views were stunning. The hotel itself was great. Food was excellent with a good variety of choices. They supplied sledges so the kids go use them on the small purpose built sledging park just beside the hotel. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Santa Claus Trips.
