I ordered a pair of Gaia trainers for my holidays. I ordered them in plenty of time, however, they was a hiccough in the delivery department. I immediately got in touch with Customer services who were absolutely fabulous. The ladies name was Tsholo and nothing was to much trouble. She was always extremely quick to answer any emails I sent and was helpful, friendly and polite. I received the trainers in time and I’m delighted with them, the quality and the fit are superb. Bought a pair of shoes from this awful company. they don’t have a customer support team, reached out to them on various social media channels with no response. Item arrived 2.5 weeks after purchase. The material is cheap, plastic looking and uncomfortable. Don’t buy from these guys please. The only reason I bought it is because they are a UK company, which I now regret as I can’t even return them. Avoid like the plague

After several attempts at ordering other brands online I was about to give up, glad I didn't as these trainers are so comfortable, stylish and a great fit, I'm a 7 so ordered a 40!, perfect, also arrived in a couple of days. Thoroughly recommend Sans Matin 👌

I absolutely love my trainers. I bought the original pair. The leather is buttery soft and they are so elegant. I wear them with trousers or a skirt.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
I was unable to find a size that suited my feet but after speaking to customer service I was advised that after a change in manufacturer, a replacement may well be more comfortable. How right they were. Now I have a pair of super smart, gorgeously comfortable trainers.

When my Sans Matin shoes arrived, I was pleasantly surprised on how great they looked. When I put them on, they were so comfortable. They are now my go to shoes. They look so stylish and feel great on my feet.

I have purchased their low profile white Original C20 and the Engel hightops and was very happy with the shoes’ comfort ability right out of the box! San Matin was so easy to work with, the platform sneakers I bought are super cute. I took them on a trip to Paris and felt I looked good there and my feet were comfortable. I walked over 18,000 paces per day while enjoying the sites. At the end of each day my feet were fine - no aches or issues. From when I made my purchase until the sneakers were delivered I was kept informed of the progress. I am very delighted with these sneakers. Of course I love wearing these at home and get complements on how cute they are, I always share that they are also comfortable and the name of the company so "they" can buy them too.

I have been looking for stylish platform sneakers but most say they are “hard to break in” These are amazingly comfortable and I get so many compliments on them. Definitely recommend spraying with suede protector - to keep them in good shape (i already had a “kit” from my uggs. Ive already purchased my 2nd pair - the blue ones. !! Wish they came in Pink :)

PS with whole sizes I had to go up to slightly bigger size but its only made them easier to slip on and off - the sole is cushy like my Hokas

The shoes themselves are gorgeous: butter‑soft leather, beautifully designed and lovely to wear. The packaging is also lovely, and it’s clear they were made with care. I also really appreciate the use of recycled materials wherever possible – it’s a thoughtful touch that makes a real difference when buying from a small artisan brand. Recommended! 😊

Shoes did not fit but seemed good quality. However, customer service was really poor. I asked them to cancel one order and they cancelled the wrong one. I returned some shoes but did not get a refund for 4 weeks despite receiving a notification that the shoes had been received. If you use this company I advise you to keep all correspondence, proof of posting etc.

I love these trainers. I’m on my second pair now, I wore my first pair constantly.
They are the first trainers I’ve ever had that are blister free from day one! So comfy I can walk all day in them and I do regularly.

I had an issue with one pair, it was a manufacturing fault but customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and they sent me a replacement pair without question! Awesome service!

I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before I ordered from this site. It appears to be common practice for this company to take up to 3 months to refund their costumers. Please do not order from this site, if you are unsure you will like the trainers or the fit required as getting a timely refund (up to 14 working days as stated on their website) appears impossible. I have only waited 18 working days now so guess I have a few more months to wait.
