My husband and I recently commissioned a Level 3 Home Survey from Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. Very helpful, freindly and efficient service. All information regarding type of survey, cost, whats included etc was very informative. Survey was carried out within a week and verbal reporting was within 24 hrs and full written report was sent within a week of the survey. The report was comrehensive and detailed including photographs.

If i had any criticism at all, the costs could be a little cheaper, to favor using a local supplier rather than a national.
