Sand Blasters is part of the M & T Traders group and is a family owned company that was started back in 2008. At the beginning we were just called Martyns Bargains and we started in a small industrial unit in Retford, Nottinghamshire. As the business progressed we decided to expand and make things bigger so we could hold more stock.From the start, our company had a popular demand because we offered products at a great pricing structure and we have grown a good customer base by keeping to this structure. We are a team of husband and wife who are very hard working and dedicated towards what we do. Throughout this journey, we have gained an immense amount of knowledge and are still learning to this day.

Customer service could be so much better
Bought Sandblast Cabinet as a Birthday present for my son. I Would normally use largest online retailer but thought a specialist company maybe beneficial.Order process easy. Ordered Friday. Delivered Saturday. Great. On opening the package had clearly been dropped and two legs were badly bent. I requested a replacement unit from Sandblasters. Late Monday no response & sons Birthday Tuesday so investigated damage further. I thought it would be quicker ( and of course easier for Sandblasters ) to replace the legs.At this point I found the bottom plate damaged and felt I could straighten it. Dropped Sandblasters a mail and they quickly responded.
"I'm sorry about the delay, Mondays are manic here, 1st chance i have had to sit in front of the computer.
Sorry to see that your cabinet has arrived damaged.
I'm sure i have spares here. I will check in the morning for you and get in touch.Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Being a specialist company I would have thought some support or guidance may have been appropriate but none was given. DHL delivered the legs Thursday and I fitted them yesterday. Not a simple job with the base plate being bent and the seal broken.I had to dismantle the whole unit, straighten the base and mating faces and then reassemble using sealer as I went. Not an easy job.
Today the unit is in use and works ok.
I should have had insisted on a full return but actually think I should have ordered elsewhere. My desire to help resolve the situation made it easy for Sandblasters to sit back. Summary is Ok product, poor support.

I'm sorry you think that our customer service could be better.
I'm really not sure How we could improve it but I suppose there is always room for improvement.
I would like to point out to you a few things if you don't mind.
1. We don't answer emails on the weekend
2. You could of refused the delivery when you saw that the box had damage
3. We would of Arranged to collect that cabinet and exchange if for you but you asked for spare parts and we sent them as requested.
4. When you called the office on the Tuesday you said you were happy if we just sent you the legs and you would straighten the bottom plate yourself, we would of just exchanged if for you without a problem.
We can only try our best which we did.
Ok company to deal with..products fairly priced
Sand Blaster arrived quickly and is a good bit of kit for the money. There was a delay in the median (glass) arriving but Julie in the office sorted it and did arrive (DHL had lost it)

our bead blaster packed up
our bead blaster packed up contacted them on the Thursday and they went above and beyond to get it here for the following day as i explained we had an urgent job to get out
the machine arrived Friday am we put it together and was back up running on the Saturday
they could not do anymore for us .would recommend
this company with no problem
