Went to the shop to view inflatable kayaks, even though they where in the process of moving into new premises, they made us feel welcome, answered all questions thoroughly and did everything they could to help us make the right choice, very knowledgable as they use their own products.
Came away extremely happy with our new kayak.
Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. I emailed with a question on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, not expecting a reply till Tuesday. Within an hour I had an extremely thorough response. This made my decision. I bought a 2 seater, space for me, my two frenchies and my stepdaughter.

I’ve had a thinner material blow up Kayak for about 8 years that’s held together now with gorilla tape. So it was time for a new one and a serious upgrade.

The kayak arrived quicker than delivery times said. We were so excited. I took it out that Saturday to try it out and make sure I was comfortable before adding children and dogs! I pumped it up and was laughing as measurements aren’t my forte… it was longer than my car and it is so well made. Luckily my husband had come too and we carried the kayak and his paddleboard to the lake.

It was windy so as it was just me in it I quickly realised I needed to sit at the front to stabilise the wind. It’s fast for an inflatable and really stable. Exactly what I wanted. Turning is slower as it’s long. I can’t wait to take it out regularly. I’ve bought some fold up wheels for it just incase I go by myself. I’m lazy and use the car pump otherwise the back pack is amazing, has wheels, is sturdy but it’s so big compared to me id probably wheel it rather than walk it.

The backpack case is so smart my dogs thought we were going on holiday and one cried for an hour whilst we were out. My friend who was dog sitting told us which she never does. The bag really looks like a good quality soft suitcase. My dog will tell you she was fooled.

The quality of the kayak, speed of delivery and incredible customer service was all extremely impressed. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service like it. I’d highly recommend Sandbanks Style.

I purchased 2 SUP boards and recently used them while away on holiday in Cornwall. I was so pleased with them I decided to leave them with my Parents and buy another 2 for nearer home.
Ordered them on a tuesday morning and they arrived wednesday breakfast time.

I bought an all-rounder SUP about 2 years ago from Sandbanks Style after doing a lot of market research and reading all the rave reviews online from SUP related magazines and articles. I was quite satisfied with the designs and the customer service as well as the price, considering their popularity and the product I initially received. However, I have barely used the SUP in the span of 2 years, probably no more than 20 times and I already had issues with the quality of the product. First the glue around the seat was worn off and I had to return it to have it repaired and I was glad that happened only the first few times I used it the first year after I bought it and it was covered by the warranty. Today, 2 years after I bought it and having used it no more than 20 times like I mentioned before the paddle itself broke out of nowhere. I contacted the company and got a swift response telling me the warranty period was over and they kindly offered me new discounted paddle options. However that was not the outcome I expected as the paddle clearly broke due to defective materials as it was barely used. It's highly unlikely but I started to even suspect that I received a secondhand product rather than a brand new one after this performance, even accidentally. I haven't decided yet if I want to buy a new paddle from them again but most likely not. Finally I just want to mention that included in the SUP package I bought were the pump which has been ok so far, and a travel bag. Unfortunately I also have to say that the bag itself was of low quality and got torn off almost immediately even though I only moved it a few times, in the end I had to buy a new bag from them which apparently came with a different denim material which I assume is stronger (it does look and feel better), albeit I had to pay anew for it (again at a discounted price after contacting them). I used to be extremely happy at the beginning and all my friends got jealous by my SUP both from a design and a build perspective but after only 2 years of barely using it I'm utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with their product so I'm afraid I can't recommend it to anyone amymore.
