Turned up on time. Good communication. Personable engineer.

Sam arrived on time for the job and completed the service in about 30 minutes. No mess and as efficient as ever.

Chose this company because they were local, they carried out the service perfectly. Cleaned up on completion and gave me a full report on boiler condition afterwards. Charge was reasonable. Will use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

As ever, the visit was well managed, and we were kept in touch with the progress of their representative through his day's schedule. The work was done efficiently and professionally.

Our new boiler was installed with the least possible disruption and mess. Danny the engineer did a really professional job. He arrived punctually and was very considerate and helpful. We are satisfied that we have had a really professional job done and are very happy with the work.

Samsian engineer Danny was prompt, efficient and tidy. He talked me through the service, explained what needed replacing and sent me the invoice and service sheet later that day. I have an oil fired boiler and Danny was totally familiar with the make and model.

Samsian came out when our boiler sprang a serious leak. diagnosed replacement needed. They replaced the boiler within week. They were helpful and informative.
