The swimsuit was so beautiful. Only downside is having to wait to get it but as it is handmade it was worth the wait. Just ordered a bikini for an upcoming trip!

Wow, wish I hadn't thought to give the company a try... my order took 2 months to arrive. I had to email and chase multiple times, and the UK team were good at responding but no explanation was ever given as to why the delivery in "2-4 business days" as quoted on their website was so wildly inaccurate. Automatic updates on the order are non existent. Then to rub salt in the wound when the item did arrive I was shocked at the poor quality of the packaging and the item. Stuffed with newspaper sheets from India. I am all for recycling but not what I would expect from a company with the prices they sell at. The plastic postage bags were cheap, the pink Oceanus bag is super poor quality and the item itself... well the strong chemical smell is difficult to ignore or get rid of and I am really unsure what the internal materials are but they feel cheap. Such a shame, I tried to give them a go but won't ever buy from them again.

I’ve had bad experiences with similar high end brands that makes beaded products and I have to say this really delivered on all accounts. I even had one piece that didn’t really fit my chest the way to I wanted and I got help within a few days and changed it to something I love ❤️

I do not recommend ordering from Oceanus Swimwear! Customer Service is awful. Not only will they not ship your item, they will refuse to refund you. I wish I had read the other customer reviews, prior to ordering. Many have had a similar experience.

Admittedly, Customer Services is courteous, that earns the 1 star, whilst they lie to you. More than 3 months in, no item. Every query has promised dispatch ‘tomorrow’. No dispatch happens, no tracking code, no item, no refund. This is disgusting.

Never got my item. Very poor response to my email asking about my order. Site showed my item was delivered, but it was not. I do not believe this site is legit. I ordered an item in April 2026 as of today, it was never received.

This brand is a rip off. Waited over 3 months despite asking for a refund since it was not arriving at stated time frame and they kept saying no. It finally got here and wow it’s the poorest quality ever. Doesn’t look like pics and the printed tag has words that are not even legible. Looks bootleg despite me buying off of their website. Way over priced for the quality.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience. I placed a £600 order as my only birthday gift that my family helped pay for. It was very special purchase as it is far far more money than I have ever spent on anything. I placed this order on April 4th 2026. I was told it would take up to 20 working days for my order to be completed and shipped. On May 18th I sent an email asking for an update as I had not received my order or any update on its delivery status. I received a response saying that my order would be expedited and that they would update me with progress. I then heard absolutely nothing from them. It is now a month later (two and a half months since placing the order) and the website claims my order was delivered. Yet I have received no package, no email confirming shipping and no tracking information. It has been total silence. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I cannot speak to the quality of their items but I believe that no item is worth this cost and the time I have waited. I feel I have been mislead and the website is showing incorrect information. This has been an awful experience.

This company is scam! I ordered Jan 23rd; returned due to most weird cut and sizing ever. To this day; they are not able to ship a different size or create a refund. They do not know what they are doing. Don't even go near this company!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered £470.50 worth of goods on the 6th April 2026, received order confirmation etc. 4th May I started questioning the non arrival of my order and so the roundabout of emails began. Promises of assistance....nothing. By todays date, 13th June 2026 nearly 10 weeks later, I have instructed a dispute via my credit card provider. Unbelievably poor business practise and I would NOT recommend dealing with this company ever. Hannah Attalah is the founder of Oceanus and her pledge is to deliver fashion-forward styles for the free-spirited traveller. Apparently not !!

Ladies, please do NOT buy from this company. Your order never arrives. They are a scam. They keep giving you excuses and delaying things over and over, but your order never, ever shows up.

If you have never received your order either, please contact me. Let’s create a group so we can take action against this company and make people aware that they are only taking customers’ money without delivering what they promise.

P.S. I placed my order on March 8, 2026. Nearly three months later, I am still being told that my item is unavailable due to a high volume of orders. They have kept me waiting with endless excuses and delays. Today is May 31, 2026, just one day before June, and I still have neither received my order nor been given a proper resolution.

I usually do not leave negative reviews but this one was necessary. Oceanus thieves should be more appropriate name for this business. I placed an order on March 6th order# 13140. I was told the package will be ready by April 15th, what happens next? Yea you guessed it, that date came and rolled right past. Contacted customer service 2 weeks later and was told a package will be shipped within the next 2 weeks. Item was "shipped" via DHL, I put shipped in quotation marks because there was no notification of shipment, no tracking number and DHL is always diligent with sending tracking updates via email or text messages. The tracking option on Oceanus website claimed my package was delivered in 3 days from UK to CANADA, damn must have been shipped via private jet. Contacted customer service AGAIN and was told by May 20th my swimsuit will be shipped out. Today is May 30th and guess what? Yea NO SWIMSUIT. THIS IS WHAT SCAMMING IS! ON INSTAGRAM YOU POST SUCH LAVISH LAUNCH PARTIES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE YOU TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY AND PROVIDE PISS POOR SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU.

I normally don’t post things like this, but this experience deserves to be shared.

I placed an order with Oceanus on January 13th for a bikini I specifically bought for my honeymoon. I ordered it almost 3 months in advance to avoid exactly this kind of situation.

From the beginning, communication was slow and unclear. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. At one point, I was told it would ship on March 16th, but there was no real confirmation or transparency along the way — just repeated apologies and “we’ll get back to you in 24–48 hours.”

As my trip got closer, I made it very clear that I was leaving the country on April 2nd, and that if the item wasn’t shipped in time, it would completely miss its purpose. Despite this, the order still wasn’t handled with any real urgency.

The bikini ended up arriving one day after I had already left the country.

Trying to salvage the situation, I paid for an Uber so a friend could collect the package and send it to me in Brazil. The package arrived sealed… and when I finally opened it after all of this — only the bottom piece was inside.

No top. No explanation.

After months of waiting, constant follow-ups, extra money spent out of my own pocket, and missing the entire purpose of the purchase… this is what I received.

This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. I am now still chasing a resolution and a full refund.

Just sharing in case anyone is considering ordering — this has been my experience.

Purchase a bikini 9 days ago and I am still yet to receive any correspondence regarding the orders dispatch.
I would have expected to have received the items by now and yet nothing.
Do NOT purchase if you have a holiday coming up soon and need it within a reasonable timeframe.
Looks like this order will not be traveling with me and possibly not receiving. Any update would be greatly appreciated.
