Sam was incredibly professional and friendly throughout, and the jewellery returned was perfect - with the addition of the resin gem made with leftover ashes, alongside any that, hadn’t been. Sam returned the unused ashes in their original packaging, and my order came with a certificate. Excellent touch, and would highly recommend, thank you so much Sam.

Myself and my mom were after a ring each for my dad’s ashes. From the get go Sam was very accommodating, quick reply to emails and even allowing us to come to her studio to look at the rings as we were unsure on what we wanted. The finished results were better than we expected and were both extremely happy with our rings. We would definitely recommend Sam to anybody.

I emailed twice about delivery times because of the change in how second class is now being delivered (waiting times affected) and Sam responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. Having read the reviews on this forum I contacted SamFire memorials to see if a bespoke piece could be made. And they didn't disappoint. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They asked for my ideas but

When I received the items it brought a tear to my eye.
