Everything was seamless from ordering, to delivery, to ease of set-up. It's exactly as advertised and I've been using it daily. I'm thrilled with my purchase and have been urging friends and family to make the investment in their own sauna! A total game-changer!

When searching for options for my new home sauna, I'll admit I was somewhat skeptical due to the affordability of this Salus Heat 2 person corner model. While others are charging more than DOUBLE the price, this unit from Salus Heat has NOT DISSAPOINTED in any way, shape, or form. It went together in about 40 minutes, just as promised. Literally took longer to open cartons and unbox than assembly. Ample room for 2 full grown adults and heats up to full potential, again as promised, in 30-40 minutes. This unit is awesome! Perfect finishing touch to our new home gym!

I love my sauna and so happy I decided to get it. The delivery was smooth and it was pretty easy to assemble (definitely needs 2 people for the roof). Just ordered the wood floor tile which makes it even more comfortable

I ordered the 902S Pro 2 Person Ultra-Low EMF Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and am so glad that I did! I did a ton of research before buying and this sauna had everything that I wanted and more. It was easy to assemble (although I paid someone to do so - it seemed easy for them) and it heats to 149 degrees every time. I paid extra for the red cedar and it's worth it. Our basement smells amazing!

I’m thrilled with my Salus Heat sauna. The cost-benefit is easily the best I’ve seen; you get high-end features like the floor and calf heaters that actually make a difference, without the massive price tag.

The heat-up time is also impressive—it hits my target temp in about 25 minutes and stays rock-solid throughout the session. If you want a premium, efficient sauna experience that doesn't break the bank, this is definitely the one to get

We've had our sauna a few weeks and use it almost daily. Assembly was easy for the two of us but definitely take your time and follow the instructions carefully. The cedar smells amazing and adding the additional flooring (last two photos) was simple enough to cut to size. We are truly hoping to see the health benefits soon throughout our health and fitness journey. If we didn't move so frequently (military) I would have gotten a much large one but the 3-person fits my husband and I comfortably enough.

After doing a lot of research on which sauna we wanted to get we decided to pull the trigger and get this low EMF 2 person sauna. We are two ladies so we were a little concerned about installing it on our own. We paid for delivery to the room it was being installed in. We were happy to do that as it came in three boxes and they were all very heavy. The delivery drivers were great. We opened all the boxes and took out all the pieces to make sure everything was good before installing. We had no issues and they were packaged very well and safely. We did end up needing a little muscle and height help as the front door panel is very heavy with the glass on it. And the top is the last piece so its a little hard to lift up and onto the unit. But with a little help from a third person we did it pretty easily. We loved that all the panels connected easily by sliding into each other with no screws etc. Over all it was fairly easy to install this unit. Once we had it installed now for the fun part! The sauna heats up to the full 145* in about 40 minutes. (only needs to get to that temp because of the infrared panels) The lights are great. It has blue tooth that works well for your device. It is spacious for 2 if you want to fit. We bought the extra backrest...I don't like it but my partner does. Overall we have been very happy with this purchase. 10 out of 10.

There’s literally nobody to call or is calling you when you ask. Bought an infrared sauna including red light therapy. The light never arrived for three months. It’s shipped since January 9th but not to me. Tracking isn’t working at all! Never again! It’s sad that you only reacted after a negative review!!!! every email you sent you don’t even know my name! You name me by the city I live in.

I ordered a sauna in early July. It arrived in late August, long past the typical 2-week delivery. I was frustrated because I tracked it with Salus and at one point the delivery order was cancelled. I paid $2600. No reason why. My credit card, however, was charged.

I protested. They responded. Still charged.

Then the package that finally arrived, long past due, had a small broken part. A tiny (2 inch) piece of hardware that can be replaced, but was essential to it joining sides.

I texted them. They said, yeah, sorry, we'll get this to you. And after aborted UPS tracking tries, three tries, three weeks, one in which they said they 2-day air it to me, has now sent back. Again. With no explanation.

I'd love for you to see the email conversation with Jeffrey, Kate, and Luna passing the ball, answering emails like an AI bot, not fixing a simple request for a critical part that could be shipped next day in an envelope.

Do not order a sauna or a teacup from Salus HEAT.

I would seriously avoid these guys ! One of there employees just scammed me for 2k , took my payment threw there official website Email and didn’t send me my sauna !! The manager even admitted that there employee was deleting all the emails for weeks into the junk folder and still refused to send me my sauna or refund back after given him all the proof in black and white ! I’ve been told that this certain employee has done it before as well by reading online

Salus heat is just drop shipping these saunas as the corrupt owner is based in USA and these are made in the Philippines . If something goes wrong good luck trying to get it fixed . There no record of there business legitimately training online it’s all dodgy . Just buy a reputable brand like sunlighten of clear light yes it’s abit more but you won’t have the risk of either not getting a sauna or chucking it away because the warranty is as good as mc Donald’s toy , you have been warned ,,, buy cheap buy twice !!

I've placed order with SalusHEAT on march 18, 2024. Today is April 26, 2024 and I still did not get my sauna which I ordered with $299 white glove shipping. They supposed to ship it on April 3rd. After a week tracking did not change. Salusheat informed that my sauna was lost and they shipped a new one. The new one never reached me. Customer support was not helpful and there were many mistakes with my order. Address to deliver was wrong, the name for order was wrong. Salusheat blamed logistics partner, their logistic partner blamed SalusHEAT. I wasted so much time calling both and figuring where my order was, that I am completely frustrated and tired. When I requested to cancel my order and refund me money - SalusHEAT went absent claiming I received my delivery. what?! joke company.
