We have always wanted a sauna, and it was a long search. Hkxsc was totally responsive, friendly, helpful, and open with our needs. Shipping and installation were easy, and we were totally happy with our first week. So far, so perfect. I know it might look a bit off, the foreign name, etc., but we are real people and trust us, the sauna is excellent.
The sauna itself is not bad; the only problem is the glass door, there's too much glass. I would have preferred a wooden door with a small glass window.

We truly can’t say enough good things about this sauna company and the way they handled an unfortunate situation for us. Our outdoor sauna (which we used daily and absolutely loved) was damaged during a severe Santa Ana windstorm when the glass door was ripped off. It was stressful, but from the very first message, their team was immediately responsive and compassionate. They escalated our case right away to their management team and presented us with several fair and reasonable options to resolve the issue.
Ultimately, we decided to purchase a brand-new sauna, and this is where their customer service really stood out. Their management and support teams stayed in constant communication with us, emailing us daily and being available by phone, as well. That level of attentiveness and follow-through is rare these days, and it meant a lot to us. The manager herself went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and helped make the unexpected cost of replacing a nearly new sauna much easier to handle.
The installation team arrived within a week and did a fantastic job.. professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. From start to finish, we felt supported, valued, and genuinely cared for as customers.
And the sauna itself? It’s incredible. My husband and I both work in healthcare and take our health, recovery, and self-care seriously. This sauna delivers everything we were looking for which is a true traditional sauna heat with steam rocks, plus the added benefits of infrared therapy. The quality, performance, and value are outstanding.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this company truly went above and beyond. We are grateful for how they handled everything and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly, highly recommend them. Thank you.

Sauna's are a total scam. It's a fake Chinese company and they post fake reviews. All the reviews here giving positive feedback all fake reviews.
I bought a $8,000 Sauna. Nothing came 30 days later.
Started looking deeper in website and emailed customer service.
They state they are in England but the customer service person who wrote back was Chinese. They have no phone number. Why is a Chinese guy the only customer service person for a UK company and wesbite? Whole thing a SCAM.
