my livestock order came in a day late from Fed ex overnight. 3 doa's and took pictures and contacted Saltwater fish.com. Representative was very helpful and emailed me the replacement form. Im hoping next carrier will treat with care

This is my second order there was a fish loss 1 died in transit therest of my order was intact and fine and there sending a replacement asap witch very nice I have no complaints and give them a five star rating

Bought 3 fish, 2 maroon clowns and 1 blue tang. One of the maroon clowns died the next day after receiving the fish, looked very sick when I received the fish. The Blue tang had fin rot, I definitely won’t buy anything from this website again

All the livestock I purchased seemed ok at first. Within no time not only did everything die, but the rest of my live stock as well. My tank was healthy and doing well until I added from this company. They were shipped when it was extremely hot outside, and this company put that blame on me! They said I should have picked up from UPS and not waited for delivery. In the policy it is only suggested as an option, not something that is critical. I sent them a picture of the diseased item but they would only give me credit not a refund. A lot of time and money went into getting my tank established. Now it is empty. They should have monitored when it was safe to ship. I don't think this is what killed them, rather a disease, but I'm sure it did not help.

I have used their website a few times and it is as genuine as it is easy to purchase from them. When one of the fish I ordered from them died soon after delivery, they made good on their promise and honored their guarantee on livestock. I am happy with this company.

This company has excellent customer service. If your fish dies in transit they will replace or refund your money asap. Very kind and send freq emails to check on its condition if it arrives in bad shape. Highly recommend this company!

Well this is the second time i have ordered, and so far i haven't had any issues with the quality of my purchase. And they were very good in helping me with whatever i needed. And I am a person that expect things to be done right.

Great deals, just did another purchase, that male my third. I definitely like how they take care of their customers. The only negative thing I will say is the shipping, at least in my area has caused issues with livestock being delivered on time and handled carefully. Its not the company's fault its FedEx, again in my area. Saltwater fish stood on their guarantee, and made things right. They have earned my trust and that's why I continue to do business with them. Everyone knows how online purchases and shipments are, this company truly takes care of you.

Clam is gorgeous, but came with 5 tiny aiptasia attached to it and its extremely inconvenient to have to deal with them.

My god...this place is the WORST!!!! I ordered $400 worth of stuff from them to get their incentives and twice they sent me DEAD fish (Naso Tang) as the "bonus" for spending more money on their website. All they did was refund the $25 they charged for a $118 fish that was the incentive to spend another $200 on their site...when what they SHOULD have done was send me another LIVE Naso Tang!!! Not only that, but I received a frag for every coral I ordered that was supposed to be a full size coral (no mention of a frag). They also sent me a frag of a Favites coral that looked IDENTICAL to the Favites they sent me, but claimed it was a Red/Orange Acan (which looks NOTHING like a Favites). I also believe they PAINT these corals with fluorescent paint because the fluorescence started falling off after a few days (in perfectly balanced water). STAY AWAY!!!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!
