Worthless. Lied about my item being shipped, I ordered copepods on Saturday and by Thurs they still weren't even processed...... most worthless customer service i've ever deal with, I called them on Wednesday to inquire about where tf my order was and they said "oh it's being shipped today" well I have a account with ups, the united states postal service and fed ex and NONE of these companies have even began processing any orders at all .....so whomever I spoke with Wednesday blatantly lied to me, I'll be sure to post my experience on all my reefing groups on social media as well to warn any other fellow reefers to stay FARRR away from this company

All snails arrived dead and the merchant will not issue a refund.

Company waited two full business days to tell me a product I had purchased was "out of stock". This made me miss out on other sales being offered. Company offered nothing in return. This is why people just stick to Amazon. Awful company, listen to the negative reviews and don't buy from them.
Absolutely Horrible Experience
Placed an online order for frozen food, had a chat before i placed the order to confirm it would ship, nothing shipped, supposedly issue with the system.
The help from customer care I received was even worse after, they seemed not to care at all and had no issue with me cancelling the order, like who was I to question them. Absolutely horrible experience.
Their pods killed all my fish
I have purchased copepods in the past from this company with fair results, 50/50 alive dead on arrival.
We decided to try some different pods this time hoping that might improve the survival rate.
Box arrived via FedEx on 07/07, ordered 07/01. Invoice and pump was the only thing in with the copepods. Freezer pad was completely defrosted and warm. Box and packing wet which is fair, it was shipped during the summer.
My complaint is no instructions in the box. Ok, fine I've had pods before. They don't have to be acclimated but we do, again to try and improve survival and breeding in tank. Tank temp was 78 degrees. I checked nitrates, pH and salinity, all stable: pH was 8.2, salinity was 34. Nitrates were 0.25ppm.
I added the pods before going to bed after acclimating, again to insure success of survival. Fish were fed earlier and ready for lights out, again same as we always do to enhance survival of pods.
I awoke to find tank cloudy and ALL my fish dead! I lost hundreds of dollars in fish and waiting to see what happens with my corals.
I contacted the company, had pictures ready to show them what happened. Morning pH had dropped to <7.4, so low my kit couldn't read a level.
I quickly received an email without any apologies and was told it was my fault, the new kind of pods are not meant to be put in all at once to the tank like the others I had purchased.
I explained in a second email that there were no instructions in the box, no notice of this difference to prompt me as the customer to not treat these like the others (PACS and artic pods).
Received a second email providing a link to their web page about these new pods and how to feed with them. Well that doesn't help the customer after the fact or even at the time as I didnt know to look this up.
No offer for refund or option to be sent replacement fish or anything.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AND BRIAN KOCIURUBA.
They have lost this customer.
As I spread the word across all the platforms and people I know in my saltwater group, hopefully no one else will have to suffer such a loss.

My second purchase was for 3 seahorses, Brian provides great customer service and made sure my seahorses captive raised ORA arrived alive and well. Great company to work with and I have already recommended Saltwateraquarium.com to my Aquarium Maintenance Person who has clients looking to purchase seahorses, other ORA raised fish. Thank you. Great Customer Service
I ordered a Dennerle Shrimp Tank kit. Sadly, it arrived smashed. I called customer service, left a message, and received a return call in less than 30 minutes even though it was after their normal business hours. They had no more of this tank in stock, but they gave me a full refund without the hassle of mailing the smashed aquarium back. They even let me keep the light and filter that came with the kit at no charge! The heater I ordered from them arrived in great shape. I would definitely order supplies from them again.

I have been ordering from company for some months now but I have NEVER been a experience until I submitted a message and the reply back was not very nice at all! First, doesnt matter what I order but if its been almost 2 months and still no products then I have every right to request a refund but to be told that they was doing as courtesy refunding my money which I was entitled to because nothing still to this day has been delivered that I ordered which refunded! But then I ask if I coulld be sponsored and receive a donation box to be told that it wasnt received in time but to speak with someone else and be told differently(submitted in time and shouls of been granted the donarion request) well I believe that speaks for itself on behalf of company! Also, I work in customer service(call center) and never would I talk to a customer the way they handled my situation but Im almost certain they will contunie to be rude, unappreciative and NOT CHANGE how handle customer inquiries!

I've had multiple "dry" orders (not live) and everything has shown up on time and in good condition. I had an issue with one order (2 light brackets) and had to return both of them (scratching my lights). Even though I had thrown away the plastic packaging one of the brackets came in, they were nice enough to refund me in full (good customer support). If my experience changes with this site I'll revise my review accordingly...but so far so good!!
