Helpful customer service (but not for their product!)

I've just bought this year's Saltrock Fleece for men, from the Saltrock store in Worthing. They only seem to do a new one each year and this is my third purchase.
It is colourful without being garish, keeps the wind at bay and makes me feel cosy.
Their customer service is also first rate - they tried to find a specific blouse for my wife and spent quite a time searching their website, then realised what she was looking for was actually a SeaSalt garment - and they didn't mind a bit! I will happily go back there again and again. Thank you ladies!

Excellent shop

Excellent shop, the staff in my Worthing store are fantastic. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. Always happy to see you with a welcome smile & excellent service

Great window display in the store

Great window display in the store saw a lovely top so went in. Bonus as it turned out to be on sale. Good selection of clothing. Very friendly and helpful member of staff. Could benefit with being in a larger retail outlet. Will definitely return.
