Your shop assistant was very friendly

Your shop assistant was very friendly, personable, and so helpful. She had personal reconciliation, and found sizes for me that were not visible at first look. She was absolutely amazing. I did not get the ladies name, but I think she was the manager (short with long hair). A wonderful accent to your company.

Knowledgeable

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clothing always fits well, true to size. Slightly more expensive than some other shops, but excellent quality and value for money.

Saltrock summer vibes

Very good customer service and not pushy either good quality fairly priced goods. Signage and displays good and layout and tidiness of the store very good.

A reason to shop in Worthing

The range is great and seems to be updated regularly. There is always a good mix of sizes available so I tend to always be able to get what I need.

The staff always seem happy and are super helpful and attentive without being overbearing or pushy. (Customer experience over pushing sales which is great in my opinion).
