The service from Terroir was first class with the Easter eggs made fresh for the occasion and delivered at the perfect time. Whilst I haven't tried the chocolate itself as I live in Hong Kong my daughter in the UK has raved about it

Once again this company excels itself…
Once again this company excels itself with fantastic chocolate, the chocolate tastes out of this world & the presentation is amazing, shipping is really quick. I have been buying chocolate from Terrior chocolate for years now and I have never been disappointed once. There is a lot of hard work goes into the making of chocolate and it shows in the presentation , and taste. Thank you all so much.☺️

Sent as a gift
I had these sent as a gift and I believe my son really enjoyed them. You went to a lot of trouble to contact him because you had sold out of an item to ask what he might like instead. I appreciated that.

My partner allowed me to have just one

I’ve just checked your order and can see that you purchased two packs of six bonbons from our Almost Perfect section. As clearly stated in that section, these are offered at a reduced price because some chocolates may have small cracks or a little fruit pâte that has slightly leaked.
I would never send anything that is extremely broken or heavily leaking. In your case, 3 out of the 12 bonbons were affected, which is exactly why they are sold at a lower price point.
If you would prefer your chocolates to arrive completely intact and glossy, I strongly recommend choosing the refill option (which comes with protective inner tray designed to withstand transport) or one of the personalised gift boxes. In five years, I have never had an issue with chocolates arriving damaged in those formats.
