they charge enormous prices, 36,- EUR per ticket instead of 16,- plus audioguides for 10 EUR instead of 4 ... use the official site!

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I booked two adult tickets for Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey together with an audio guide. The official entrance price was €16 per person, meaning €32 for the two tickets. I was charged €86 in total — a €54 markup on top of the official ticket price.

Although the final price was displayed, the €54 service/management fee was not transparently itemized or clearly disclosed as a separate charge during the booking process. Only afterwards did it become clear how substantial the markup was.

Even worse, the audio guide I paid for was never delivered. I never received the promised link or access to the audio guide via the app, so the service could not be used during our visit.

When I contacted customer service and requested a refund for the undelivered audio guide, their response was essentially that their service fee is non-refundable because I had received the entrance tickets. This completely misses the point: I am requesting a refund for a service that was paid for but never provided.

The combination of an extremely high markup, lack of transparency regarding the service fee, and failure to deliver a paid service has left me very dissatisfied.

I would strongly advise anyone booking Mont-Saint-Michel tickets to check the official ticket price first and avoid paying this kind of intermediary markup

Leverer billetter til ågerpriser. Hjemmeside bygget for at vildlede så man tror de er officielle, selvom de skriver til sidst at det hverken er den officielle side og at de tager højere priser. Det er deres figenblad.

Dit bedrijf rekent extreme prijzen voor de toegangstickets. Daarnaast betaal je voor de audioguide die niet werkt. Ik betaalde voor 2 personen €92 voor toegang + audioguide (die niet werkte).
Normale toegangsprijs voor 2 personen is €32 .....

Cuidado, no es la web oficial. Precios muy inflados, 20€ por ticket. La audioguía que ofrecen es otra estafa, no tiene nada que ver con la visita a la audioguía.
Reseña: Esta página web simula de forma engañosa ser el sitio oficial del monumento. Cobran más del doble del precio real de la entrada a la abadía basándose en costes de gestión desmesurados que camuflan en la letra pequeña del pie de página. Recomiendo comprar directamente en la web del Centro de Monumentos Nacionales de Francia para evitar sobrecostes innecesarios

This company is a not a scam, but certainly has a significant mark up on tocket prices. My wife bought I ked on this sirte as a result of a Google search. Doesn't even rate on edge.
A basic ticket to Saint Michel Abbey is €16. On this website, we were charged €72 for two tickets, so that's a €20 each booking fee.
As others have said, STAY CLEAR.
Use the official .fr abbey website in France.
Support was a day after I visited as they didn't even book the times we requested...

I can only mirror what others have said. Avoid at all costs. Not even sure why this website is even still online given how it is ripping people off.

Advertises itself as the official ticket agent but actually isn’t - charges €35 for a ticket that costs €16. The audio guide isn’t official so corresponds to nothing on the site. In fact the audio guide at €10 is more expensive then the €6 the actual site charges. Total rip off do not use.

Det er ikke den officielle hjemmeside, men en agent, som blot bestiller billetterne via den officielle hjemmeside og sælger dem videre til omkring dobbelt pris.

This site is a SCAM, do not use it. They mimic the official web site and mark up the tickets by 120% and even worse their audio guide is rubbish, causing us to miss the entrances to most of the Abbey that we ended up missing because its badly signposted (the Abbey's fault) but the audio guide did not tell us where we should go.

A disgraceful example of misleading online ticket selling. They create the impression of being the official Mont Saint-Michel website, only to add a hidden-style booking fee that exceeds the ticket’s face value by over 100%. The tickets may be legitimate, but the pricing practices are exploitative and leave a very sour taste. Do your research and buy direct — avoid this company.

Het lijkt een officiele website maar hun prijs is meer dan 100% duurder dan de originele prijs. Dit staat achteraf wel in de kleine lettertjes maar is verre van chique. Daarnaast heb ik de auditour gekocht, deze sluit helemaal niet aan op de tour in de abdij en gaat in het algemeen over het eiland en normandie. Wat een aanfluiting.

Appear to be an official website for Mont Saint Michel Abbey entrance tickets. However third party reseller who charge 35 euros for a 16 euro
official entrance ticket which amount s to well over double the entrance price. On closer inspection at the bottom of their website in small writing it does state they are not an official Mont Saint Michel website and do charge a
service fee, supposedly for customer service. That amounts to a 19 euro service fee for a 16 euro ticket!
