Great value for the cover I required and excellent renewal process.

Sagic Customer Service respond quickly, efficiently and personally - really unusual in an insurance company.

I’m rating this based on my experience of their customer service and the price of my contents insurance. I’ve never made a claim.

It was easy to arrange insurance cover with Sagic - absolutely no hassles whatsoever. Ive found their customer service to be very personalised, professional and sincere and my premium has actually reduced this year.

I’ve been using SAGIC for many years and have appreciated their first class customer service and competitive pricing for home contents insurance. Very happy to recommend SAGIC.

I've renewed our buildings insurance with Sagic for the 5th time this time as I have been very pleased with the cover and the premiums so far. Everything seems to work well in terms of renewing with a couple of emails with the new quote as the renewal date is getting near and policy docs arriving also by email once renewed. So far, we've not had any reason to claim so I can't vouch for them in that area but otherwise all is very professional.

My only request would be that their Policy Wording Booklet (which is provided only by a link to their website via the renewal email rather than an attached document) be available to download as a pdf from their website because trying to save it as a pdf (as one of the print options) results in many of the pages getting overlaid with other text as if it hasn't been formatted correctly. Other than that small gripe, no complaints and am very happy with the company.

Came across this company by chance as not found on a comparison site. Site easy to navigate and came up with a competitive quote. Did some reaserch and seems to be a trusted company eith a long history. Did phobe the company to clarify a few points. Took out the policy and although doesn't cone into force for a couple of weeks all appears good. As we know you never know how good an insurance company is until you make a claim.
