Always excellent customer service received from this Company - very quick to respond to any machine or parts failures too.

We have been sold a lie. Avoid. everything is wrong with this company and I can see that all 1 star reviews prove it here. I will not even elaborate how much time AND MONEY we have waisted on them. Money making company.

Safetykleen are a shambles, do not use if you can avoid. Repeatedly you obtain a price for waste collection and then they overcharge you. Takes ages to sort out with rude indifferent people who couldn’t care less. Worst of all, you are in a two year contract for an old parts washer. You have to notify 90 days before the end of the contract or you auto renew. No letters or emails sent out to remind you. Then, you are stuck for another 24 months! Taking Safetykleen to Court, let’s see what a judge says.

These are the worst firm around they charge u even though u going though bad times u asked for the machine to be pick up they still charge u top price even though u put stop to them doing a service there management are a complete waste of time I feel sorry for the drivers don't not go with them they are a big joke ask to set a payment plan many of times but still no answer from them worst firm out there would not recommended at all don't do it

Good responses to requests. Waste collection is very good, supportive personnel with good communications.

New IT system needs improvement, incorrect SIC for our waste details (parts washer consignment note), email sent to contact.

Excellent service and product.
We have always experienced excellent service from all departments within Safetykleen and they have worked with us to improve the fluids used in the wash baths to ones that are water based and kinder on the environment. We have used this company for many years and even when the unlikely problem occurred they have been swift to resolve it.

Very unreliable service - you book a waste collection, wait 2 weeks and they don't turn up. Phone again, get told no record of the booking and it happens again, and again, and again.......

Since signing with Safetykleen , all the areas they cover for us , we don't have to worry about , They quietly come in and do their stuff with little or no disruption . but we do know that if we were to have an issue they are only a phone call away and will be out asap.

Impossible to get hold of anyone, emails routinely ignored and when they are not ignored, they are met with constant false promise. service plan not honored since starting with them. salesmen give a good talk then goes downhill from there.

The product itself its great ( auto parts washer ) does the job in a quick time leaving parts clean. But its not worth having as the maintenance contract is a lie, No communication is given to when someone will be out to service or the service is weeks past when its due and paid for. If you email or phone you are given the normal BS and nothing ever comes of it. Keep away look elsewhere.

If you just want your parts washer serviced well, free of hassle, SafetyKleen probably isn't for you. Even if you ARE looking for a surreal and infuriating experience of unimaginable levels of incompetence- there are cheaper alternatives!

The service itself is nothing remarkable. It's the kind of lacklustre brand of 'overpriced and not great' that you put up with for 18 years without much complaint. The best part of the SafetyKleen experience is saved for when, for lack of a better idea, you sign a new contract with an increased service interval. At this time, SafetyKleen begin repeatedly attempting to overcharge you, sometimes almost 50% more than the agreed contract price. After literal months of chasing them, they will eventually provide a credit note correcting this. This is an uncharacteristically clever ruse, designed to lull you into the sense that someone, somewhere at SafetyKleen might have the slightest idea what they are doing. They do not. The next month they overcharge you by even more, and will resume chasing your unpaid 'debt' (i.e. not having overpaid) for previous months.

They plainly do not have a solitary clue what they are doing. If you are ever able to speak to them, you quickly realise they also don't care. How this company is still trading should be studied by economists. Baffling. AVOID.

The service and admin staff at Safety-Kleen are all very pleasant and their communication skills are very good. However, as for the regular service visits which we receive I would rate this a 3* as I have experienced multiple issues which have resulted in production downtime and pure inconvenience. Having said this, Safety-Kleen are usually pretty quick to find a solution and call out an engineer. I also think that the prices which they charge are very steep and I believe a cost review is required.

As a not for profit charity we feel we have been given a price rise without anytime to react to the end of our contract date. This sales technique is disgusting. We have attempted to solve this problem but was met with a very ignorant and abrupt area manager. I would not recommend Safety-Kleen to anyone. Prices have increased by over 50% in the last 2 years. Avoid at all costs.
